I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

Please spend a little more time looking for a good company, and don't use benjamin franklin plumbing. I've called several times and still no one has fixed the issue. Even talked to I think a manager named Bo, nothing has been done. It has gotten so bad that now the back door isn't shutting right. Horrible customer service and now will have to spend more money to fix their mistake. Honestly should be reported to the better business bureau. People rely on a business to fix a job and do it right, not make things worse.

Tyler was very upfront, professional, and easy to welcome in to our home. I did think the price was a touch steep for the scope of work. That said from online scheduling to work completed in less than 4 hours and a guarantee on labor I am satisfied.

As the temps climbed into the 90s we noticed our AC was not keeping pace. Turned out that some previous electrical work had left our condenser unit disconnected from our electrical panel (the wrong breaker was removed). Ian quickly figured out what was wrong and got us up and running again in no time. Walker air was also extremely responsive, coming out the same day after I couldn’t even get other electricians to return a call. Highly recommended!

Service was prompt. Clint came to my house within 3 hours of my call to schedule the appointment. He was knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. I am going to have a new ceiling fan installed soon and will definitely call Milestone Electric!
