This is the second time Scott has come
To our house this year. We were very impressed with him the first time we asked for him again. He showed up first thing this morning and was able to fix the leak from the upstairs shower. He did have to cut out 2 sections of my kitchen ceiling but tried to do as little damage as possible. Scott was thorough in his work, polite and easy to talk to. I would recommend him or Larry Stinson Plumbing to anyone. When I called to make the appointment they were thorough in getting my details, sent an email with the appointment, called with a reminder yesterday, called this morning to let me k ow Scott was on his way along with an email and picture of what he would look like. We will be using this company again. Thank you for the work do and your professionalism.

Outstanding service on both commercial and residential projects. I only use KMP to service my personal residence and I thoroughly enjoy working with their crews on our commercial construction projects. Top notch people that are doing great things in Mansfield, TX and beyond.

Had the main line to the house break in the middle of the night. From the girl I set the appointment with to Wes who fixed the line, the experience was about as good as it can be. Actually paid less than the initial quote. If I have any plumbing issues in the future I'm going to call Direct Source.

A/C blower quit working. Service tech said blower and two other capacitors failed. Cheapest fix was $3,100. Thankfully, the tech sent photos of the various readings/checks of the system. With the images (and 3 hours of research), I discovered only the blower capacitor failed. I replaced it the next day myself for $30 and system is working again.

Con men, under the guise of professionals. My poor old, grandmother needed a new water heater, and these guys wanted to charge her upwards of $5,000. After searching around, we found quotes all over the $3,000 range and ended up settling on $2200.

$5000? What a joke.

Fixed our a/c, we were happy with their responsiveness.

My friends used the Dutton Plumbing Co. And were very happy with everything.

Javier with RCA provided amazing service to repair a few sprinkler heads that continued to be an issue and he resolved a big issue with an underground pipe. He had to analyze the issue and worked with my Warranty company to resolve everything. Prior to Javier coming out the Warranty company sent two other Plumbing Companies that were worthless. He will be my plumber for anything moving forward.

On time, knowledgeable and reasonable. Just got estimate, have not had work done yet

They are probably not the cheapest but their service is top notch. Rachel was very helpful in getting the tech out to us pretty quickly for a plumbing emergency. Steven, the leas tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I’m glad there are companies out there like KMP who genuinely care about their customers and their reputation.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
