Javier with RCA provided amazing service to repair a few sprinkler heads that continued to be an issue and he resolved a big issue with an underground pipe. He had to analyze the issue and worked with my Warranty company to resolve everything. Prior to Javier coming out the Warranty company sent two other Plumbing Companies that were worthless. He will be my plumber for anything moving forward.

Sewage line clog and broken pipe repair. Had an issue during the repair process, but after talking with Travis, they were quick to rectify the problem. From the moment I called they were professional, kind, and very helpful. Our technician arrived on time and was informative and helpful with everything. He answered all questions I had and everything was clean when he left.

Brad was great to work with. I used their service specifically because I read all the reviews on his company! When we called Total Care, we thought our problem was a hot water heater, but Brad quickly determined it wasn't the heater but a leak under the slab. Brad was able to fix it quickly also! I will never call another plumber.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
