This is the second time we have used Lasiter & Lasiter Plumbing. My initial contact was with Gary Lasiter. When you call a plumber you immediately worry with the costs. This was not my concern as we had gas leak and Gary was the ultimate professional, calmly leading us through every step with assuring confidence. Within 12 hours we met Juan who was so methodical, personable and expertly located the leak and it was fixed. They took care of everything for us and I cannot speak more highly of their business and personal approach. Cannot beat this company and will always use them. Oh, and the costs were fair for what was needed.

Kyle was very knowledable, enjoyable to be around and honest. He cleared my sewer line in about a half hour and cleaned up completely. He also explained what was going on as he figured out what the problem was and where it was. He even drew a diagram for me so I could understand. I would have him back any time. Trust the reviews. Roy installed a new hot water heater and recirculation line for us yesterday. In order to determine what might be a fair and reasonable cost for service/work provided, we contacted Roy and he gave us a quote over the phone. Honest, personable and professional.
He took the time to show me how to shut off the main water valve, should that ever be an issue. I won’t hesitate to call Roy for future plumbing needs and will continue to recommend him to others.

Brad is a great plumber! The first time I used him about a month ago to install a water line to my fridge for the ice maker. The guys at Home Depot that delivered my fridge didn’t know to connect it since the water line ran underneath the house so Brad came back out and connected it for me. Today he replaced a hose bib out back and fixed both toilets from running for a really good price. If you ever need a plumber, he’s your guy! He’s very professional and takes his time to thoroughly explain things. Would definitely give him a call should I have any plumbing needs in the future!

I had a membership with them and their affiliate A/C company. The first time I called them out was for a leak in my sprinkler system, which they told me they don’t handle. The second time I called them because my toilet was wobbly. My husband knew what part he needed but didn’t have the tool to fix it. They came out and quoted us over $1000 for a fix that consisted of an $80 part, a tool that could be purchased at Home Depot, and less than 2 hours work. I know they’re not paying their service guys $300-$400 an hour so why are they charging so much for small repairs? Their rates are ridiculous. And they insist on charging you a fee even if you don’t accept their quoted price. I cancelled my membership as soon as my 1 year contract expired. Such a waste of time and money.
