Air conditioning went out on the hottest day of the year, this past Monday. My call was answered promptly and a service man came to the house that day. Richard was great - honest and courteous. Javier came out with his crew today and did an excellent job replacing our HVAC unit Again, courteous, prompt, honest and thorough. Highly recommend Max Mechanical! Thank you.

We've used All Masters Plumbing to replace aging water and sewer lines from the street to house (last year) and then from the house to master bath (last week). On the recent project, our house is on a slab foundation, so tunneling was required. Trent, who is mentioned in other reviews, managed our project, and we can't say enough about him. He's knowledgeable, skilled, experienced, and just a nice guy to work with. We particularly appreciate how considerate he is of the homeowner's comfort and convenience. I have to also give a shout-out to the owner and crews with IPC Excavation who took care of the tunneling and refill/repack. They were amazing.

I had a leak somewhere in my front yard. Desmond and his team came and found the leak and took care of it quickly. The thing that set Desmond and his guys apart from other plumbing companies is his desire to get the job done. It was very hot outside and they had to end up jack hammering up a section of the driveway (where they found the leak in the pipe). They worked hard and even came back early the next morning to make sure the job got done. Their prices are affordable and great quality work. Desmond has also taken care of smaller plumbing issues within the inside of the home. So he and his guys can handle the big and the small job. I highly recommend his services.

They stood us up for our appointment and didn't even bother to call, we had to call them. We asked when they could come and were made to feel as if our request wasn't a priority because all that we were looking to do was have our kitchen sink replaced.

I have been a customer for over 10 years. My unit stopped cooling. The repairman came out and told me that it would take at least $3,000 to repair the unit but he recommended a new unit. He quoted me the lowest unit $14,400 no interest. I kept getting calls to sign the loan papers. I got 3 other quotes and the unit was repaired for $600. Everyone couldn't figure out what lower end unit they could sell me for $14,400. All the other AC companies were discussed with Williams Home Maintenance for trying to get $14,000 from a long time customer. I'm very disappointed that they can try to gouge a long time customer. My business with them is done. I DO NOT recommend trusting them.

When Michael (#410) arrived, I immediately felt my problems were in good hands. He was professional and courteous, introducing himself and presenting his business card. It was nice that he put on shoe covers and I didn't have to ask him to. There were several issues that needed fixing and Michael explained what was necessary to fix each problem. Michael had to search in more than one store to find the needed parts and that was impressive. I assumed he would probably have to come back the next day, but no. He came back and fixed all the problems to perfection. I noticed how careful he was to not make a mess, placing towels down where needed. He left each area quite neatly. Not to be left out is the receptionist. It was pleasing to talk to a helpful person and not a machine. She is an asset to the business as first impressions are important.

We called Matt for water leakage issue in one of our bathroom faucet. I thought of changing the faucet but he fixed the faucet and saved my money to buy a new one. He said it’s a small fix and we didn’t get charged for that. He is our all time plumber. Prices also reasonable. Definitely recommended.

Responds quickly, and work is excellent; I have used him several times since moving to Euless. Installed toilets, garbage disposal, and repaired plumbing and faucet issues. 10 Stars!!!!
