Called with a water heater issue, within a few hours they were knocking on my door. The problem was fixed in less than a couple of hours. This was 5 years ago and have continued to use this company, just this week again for leak under my sink and a gas leak (my stove) as they are prompt, professional, and prices are always fair. Had a small pin hole leak in a pipe in the front yard, called on a Monday Steven and Jayden were here the next day, located the leak and repaired right away,as soon as I knew we had a plumbing problem there was only one company to call, I wouldn't recommend any other company for all your plumbing needs, professional, courteous, and always gets the job done, especially with the bad weather coming I knew I could count on ABC, thank you Vickie ,yet another 5 Star review had a leaky faucet in my bathtub and desperately wanted new faucets so I called ABC and the owner actually came out to give me an estimate and the next day Beaudy and Spencer were here and did an amazing job, it was as if they were working on their own home, professional efficient and cleaned everything up just as they found it, this is why I will always be an ABC customer, thank you and shout out to the girls in the office as well 🤗 7/21/2023, yet another 5 Star review I'd give them a 10 if possible,Brian and Eli repaired the overflow plate in my bathtub,noticed it was loose and called late Thursday and they were here before noon the next morning. I usually do not give negative reviews if it's minor dissatisfaction. However, this plumbing company doesn’t make that list. I selected this vendor for a big project (total cost was around $16K). I thought they did a pretty good job until the issue started showing. The pipe they installed inside my wall now makes a noise as soon as I use any of the taps. I called the plumbing company, and they sent a person who told me they have to cut the wall to fix that noise and that will charge me for that work. After paying them $16K, I need to pay them for the problem their team created. COME ON!!!!I didn’t agree and after that, I have been trying to reach their plumbing manager department (5 calls already made). BELIEVE ME, I have proof, they are avoiding me, I can hear them on the phone where the admin person trying to divert my call to voice message as the plumbing manager doesn’t want to speak with me. Now that’s great customer service, isn’t it?The first impression is they are ok (I encountered maybe 7 team members in this project, and out of those 7, 3 were really nice. Especially Angel, from the water damage restoration department) and I thought they did a good job, but man when it matters the most (where things go wrong) and you need them they leave you alone. We are still sleeping with that noise (and my daughter sometimes asks, when will that noise goes away) and still calling them hoping they will fix that noise. Looks like I do have to file a legal claim to them to get their attention. A COMPANY THAT YOU CANT TRUST!!!!

Very picky and choosy about where he svcs when I was closeby in FW. The success of a business involves you going above and beyond and servicing in your area...not ignoring ppl that need help just because you limit your biz to a certain area. Branch out and watch you business do better!

I have used Direct Source twice now. The first time I broke the supply faucet to our water heater at 11PM. I called DS and left a voicemail. David called me back at 8AM and was at the house by 10AM. He fixed my screwup in no time with an upgraded valve without damaging our dilapidated water heater (a miracle in itself!)

The last time I used DS, I was replacing my toilet only to find that the builder of my house didn't put the drain in the right location. Instead of a 12 rough-in, I had a 7.5 rough-in. My old toilet wasn't even sitting over the off-set flange! I knew immediately that this job was going beyond my abilities. I called DS, David had a team to the house in a couple of hours. We talked about price for a few minutes then I had them start.

The team excavated, repositioned the drain, and had cement poured and levelled in a couple of hours. Now I can mount a normal toilet securely!

The ONLY bad thing I have to say about DS is that the kid (who was obviously in training) with the team on the second visit tracked some dirt into the house. Not a big deal, and it didn't stain. I was too excited about the great price and speed which they completed my heavy-duty plumbing job to fuss about a little dirt.

Junior is very professional and knowledgeable. His calm demeanor is a great asset in such a situation we found ourselves.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

When I first called for service I explained exactly what I needed done, I also explained that I did not have a ground floor drain clean out, they were one of the few that did roof' clean outs.
However, when Lance arrived he explained he personally did not work on roof clean outs he further explained that the roto-rooter coming in from the roof would not clear the drain that I needed to have water injection which cost $1000. With a little further questioning he did finally tell me that they could pull the toilet and clean the drain, however, it would be messy and no guarantee it would clear the line, it seemed he was content to sell me on the water injection and not just share what my options may have been. Frankly, it irritated me, however, I had already had to wait 3 days on another home warranty plumber and sent them on their way when I found out they did not do roof clean outs If you have an older home and no ground floor clean out not many plumbing companies work on the roof, be sure you ask.
Finally, I decided rather than wait another three days to get someone out I would have the water injection. To the companies credit they got someone out same day the two man team they sent out Cody and Blake were extremely helpful, friendly, professional great team. They went above and beyond to make sure they cleaned up after themselves and went the extra mile in answering my questions. I would use Benjamin Franklin again
