Jorge was amazing! Gave me several options and quickly found out what the issue was. This is my second time using Maxair and I was not disappointed. Best AC service I’ve ever dealt with in the 18 years I have lived in Arlington!

Amazing interaction from start to finish. Tech was on time and able to answer my random questions and also repair the issue with the water heater and educated me on why it happened and what his did to fix it 100%

I would highly recommend Larry Stinson Plumbing if you are looking for somebody who is on-time, a great communicator, and super responsive. They make sure to let you know what time to expect them as well as they explain exactly what is going on so that you can understand as well. Once again, if you are in need of a plumber... look no further! They are the best!

I recently switched to Dial One for my semi-annual plumbing and HVAC maintenance. I could not be happier. Kerlin came to my home today - he was thorough, helpful, inquisitive. He made sure everything was in good working order and got me all fixed up. The value for the price paid on their maintenance plan is already good, but when you get to deal with great employees like Kerlin - it's even better.

Horrible company....do NOT use them. I had them come July 5 to unclog basement laundry drain and they left oily, grease stains all over my carpet. I emailed them the photos and then a week later I called and left a message, both times asking what their solution to the problem would be. They had no problem cashing my check but NEVER replied to my email or to my phone call to offer a rebate or to even acknowledge they did this and apologize. I am a woman going through cancer treatments and they know this! Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. I gave them one star only because they did fix the drain.

Michael was on time, very professional and courteous. He laid tarps in pathway to Master bath and installed a new pressure assisted tank and bowl. Checked to make sure old flange was in good shape (it was) and installed the new one. When finished he tested everything making sure it was working properly. Hauled old toilet away, picked up tools, tarps and bath was as clean as he found it. 5 Stars is all they give but Michael is at least a 6 Star Plumber. Master Plumbing is Lucky to have Michael working for them. When I need a plumber I’ll call Master and ask for Michael job well done! Thanks

Tried calling a few other plumbers before I found these guys. I picked Bernard's because they had great customer service and were able to come after hours. They had to repair a busted pipe in front of my house and showed me before and after pictures. Highly recommend!!

We were having problems with our toilets flushing on a Friday afternoon. My wife called All Complete Plumbing after other companies had told her it would be Monday before they could come to our house. Steve from All Complete, informed her that Otis was going out of town but would stop by and delay his trip to check our situation. He did stop by and he fixed the problem. Highly recommend these guys!

These guys are awesome!! They took the time to educate us so we could make an informed decision about our ac system. They cared about our concerns and addressed all of our questions. The installers that came to the house were respectful and thorough. They are in it for the long haul and not just trying to make a quick sale - we had the same incredible experience with their plumbing guys. I appreciate a knowledgeable company that can get the job done right the first time!

They were there with a short notice.. Not only that but the tech did a great job. Honestly he went above and beyond the expectations.

Moe was very detailed and took the time to explain what was going on with our pipes. He was quick and went the extra mile to check our water pressure and answer questions unrelated to our original call. Great service!

We have used ABC Plumbing several times and have always been happy with their work. They respond in a timely manner and always get the job done. Taylor was here today to fix our clogged kitchen sink.. Very nice, polite and had our problem fixed quickly. Would highly recommend ABC Plumbing!

This company has been a life saver for our residents here at BSC. We like most of Ft Worth had multiple units with frozen and broken pipes . These guys came to our rescue and were fast , professional
and fair. We are proud of this company , we highly recommend to any one whom is considering the need for plumbing work of any kind. What a great company!!!!

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
