Our kitchen sink was backed up, called Roto Router and after 2 hours, not only were they unable to fix it, they left me with a leaking pipe. Ace Drain and Sewer came the next day and after less than a hour both the clog and the leaking pipe were fixed.

Michael came out on a Saturday morning for a last-minute plumbing inspection on a home we’re buying, and was incredibly professional, kind, and patient with all of our questions. After laying drop cloths and explaining what he would be doing, he was quick and efficient and came back with a full report and recommendations. We feel so much better about this home because of Michael’s assessment, and look forward to using them with our plumbing work in the future!

They did great work for a fair price and there were no hidden fees, upcharges, or other surprises during the work. They were also quick to response and to get the job done, not dragging things out or inconveniencing us in any way.

They replaced my cutoff valve and fill valve quick and professionally

The handle to open the water to the water spout on my bathtub was loose. $140 to fix “labor” + $80 in “parts” total $220!!! 😳. The guy didn’t take no other payment except cash..who knows, maybe to avoid paying taxes but his problem. This fix was way to expensive.

We had plumbing set up to convert our fireplace to be able to use gas logs. Our plumber Clannad did an excellent job! KMP Plumbing has excellent customer and are very courteous and nice to work wit. I would definitely recommend them.

Moe was very detailed and took the time to explain what was going on with our pipes. He was quick and went the extra mile to check our water pressure and answer questions unrelated to our original call. Great service!

Please add my name to the impressively long list of satisfied Fischer & Boone Plumbing customers. My brief but satisfying business experience with Fischer & Boone Plumbing took place on Thursday, October the 26th.
Things started when I called the F & B office shortly 8 in the morning to make an appointment to have my annoyingly faulty, master bedroom toilet looked at and repaired. A young sounding lady by the name of Stacey (with a delightful phone voice) took my call and arrangements were made to have a plumber dispatched to my residence between the hours of 3 to 5 P.M. on that same day. But Stacey went on to state that there was a possibility that one of their plumbers might be able to get to my home earlier than the 3 to 5 P.M. scheduled window time. As it turned out, she was correct. I received a call from her in the early afternoon informing me that one of her plumbers could get to my place within the hour. Stacey asked me if the moved up in arrival would be okay with me? Of course I told her that it would be. So around 1:30, a Fischer & Boone plumber appeared at my front door. He was a amiable guy named Jim. And with his professional expertise, fixing my toilet was mere child's play for Jim. Inside of 15 minutes, my faulty toilet was good as new!

Although plumber Jim was only at my house for a short period of time, I enjoyed talking to him. He was a down to earth guy in his mid-fifties.
Hopefully, I won't have anymore plumbing problems again anytime soon. But if I do, I know who to call (Fischer & Boone Plumbing).

They were quick to respond and did a good job, but the price was outrageous for clearing a single one and a half inch upstairs sink line during regular business hours with no rush request. Over $200 for 15 minutes.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

Office personal are probably the most angry people ever and they don't care about saving you money or care about employees
