Tyler was very pleasant and professional. He replaced the fill valve and flapper in both my toilets. All is working great now. Pricing was very competitive and scheduling was quick.

I had a single valve mixer-cartridge on my shower replaced within 40 minutes of Bubba taking a look at my leaking shower, I too suspected this is what was needed for repair but never having don’t the job myself, I wanted to watch the process.

It was straight forward for the most part. Bubba did mention as he provided me the estimate, ($340’ish), it could be a little more expensive if he was unable to get the nut washer that secures the valve to the shower body. As luck would have it, the nut was on there real good and had to be cut. This was a $60 fee to cut and replace the nut.

After a few minutes of sawing the old brass nut, and a quick pry the nut was loosed from the shower and old valve was removed.

He performed a quick clean on the inside of the existing valve body to remove old sediment. Once cleaned, inserted and pressed in the new valve in, reassembled shower handle components to valve. Added necessary thread treatment to new nut. Tested and worked.

Total Bill was ($402), seems a bit high.

It was not a plumbing emergency and I’m thankful it’s fixed, both agents I worked with were impeccable and great at communicating and customer service, but the price was a bit of a shocker!

Great company to work with, the schedulers are courteous and helpful and work with you to get it done. John who came out and did the repairs was professional, on time and did a great job. We call dial one for all our plumbing needs and wouldn’t consider using anyone else.

Our kitchen sink was backed up, called Roto Router and after 2 hours, not only were they unable to fix it, they left me with a leaking pipe. Ace Drain and Sewer came the next day and after less than a hour both the clog and the leaking pipe were fixed.

The company takes pride in their work. They go above and beyond the call of duty. They did extra things for me without charging me as other plumbers would have. I saved hundreds of dollars because of it. Thank you so much Mr. Booker. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I contacted All Complete Plumbing to install a sink/faucet/disposal after a problem with the previous plumbing company. Called for appointment and when man came out an 3:30 on Tuesday, told me it was going to cost time and half because job was going to take longer than 30mins. Asked him if he could come back another day.at normal charge, He told me he could come back on that Friday. Friday at 1pm I called company to ask if coming and office told me,she would call me right back to get taken care of , sad to tell ya never called back. Have left 2 other messages to find out if coming and no call. I had to call another company. felt like my business wasn't needed and wasn't important enough

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
