Brandon and Chris came out and worked on a plumbing problem we had on two separate occasions over the course of a week. Super nice guys, very professional, informative and respectful. Would not question calling these two back for any plumbing needs we have. The dispatcher called to let us know when they would be out (morning of the day we called) and we received text alerts when they were almost here with pictures and descriptions of each. Fast and on time. Top notch all the way around.

Had an emergency clog/backup on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. 3 other locations couldn’t help until Tuesday at the earliest, but Roto-Rooter FW had their on-call rep call me back in half the time they said and arrived within 2 hours. I expected the ‘holiday’ bill to be a tough one to swallow, but the entire service was extremely reasonable and affordable. I will be switching my primary plumbing needs to RR FW from now on. The house was replumbed for the new gas line. I couldn't have asked for a better group of men to be working inside and outside the house. Respectful of property, me, and one another; clean, efficient, pleasant and although a very long day, their attitudes were exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I was having a challenge with the sewer. Craig worked me in and brought his camera. He found breaks in the line with tree roots. The entire sewer line had to be dug out. That is when Craig found the entire sewer line was broken and needed to be replaced. He did the job in record time with the knowledge needed. He was professional, and courteous through out the whole job. I am so grateful and thankful he was willing to handle such an extensive job. Thank you Craig and you will be the first person I will call for any plumbing needs.

I've used these guys 3 different times and have found them to be extremely professional reliable. I have worked with dishonorable plumbers in the past and these guys are not that. Tyler has been here 2 time and I found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and kind. The 1st time he was here was to fix my daughter's bathtub faucet. As a father himself, he asked if i would like him to adjust the water temperature governor on that faucet so that the temperature would not reach a level to burn my children in case they were messing around with the handle. I appreciated the consideration. Also, Amie who is the receptionist has always been very polite and on top of things.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.

I am deeply disappointed with Ben Franklin Plumbing for wasting a few hours of my time this week. Their initial plumber came to my house on April 1st, diagnosed the problem and ordered the needed parts. It was agreed I would be contacted when the parts arrived to set up a time to have them installed. This past Monday I received a text and set up an appointment for what I thought was to have the parts installed. When plumber #2 arrived, he was unaware plumber #1 had been out to our house. Once I informed him, he checked with someone and advised me the ordered parts would be in-by Friday April 8th. On Thursday April 7, I received a text and an an email asking me to confirm an appointment they scheduled for Friday the 8th between 3:30pm-6:30pm. I confirmed that appointment and waited at home during the 3 hour window. No one showed up so I called their office at 6:35pm to see what happened. The young lady at their office was apologetic but stated it looks like the ordered parts had not arrived yet. She had no explanation why an appointment had been scheduled. Fortunately I am far more patient now than I was in my younger years so I politely informed her that I would find another company and have no intention to use or recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing to anyone.

They came right over on Daturday .. Very helpful .. A + Service .. Thank You !!
