Tommy was my technician today, he was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be upgraded, he did a excellent inspection, very polite. Great Employee.

Very professional, prompt to diagnose the problem and schedule a follow up visit to make the necessary replacement.

Under Stood my dilemma on finances examined all that he could being unit outside unit. Inside and thermostat. Did come up with a plan to maintenance for today to keep the system running and hope that it will continue in the future.. Educated about maintenance plans unable to accommodate that today due to tight finances. Was very considerate and professional.

So far I've had great response and professionalism. I have not had work done to completion to comment quality or value.

My a/c was old and not working well at all so I was looking for some estimates. I called Williams and Jerry came and gave me an estimate and added a new air return. I wasnt even aware that there was a problem with my air flow. Its like a new world in my house. Its a cool that I have never experienced, after living in Texas for 18 yrs. I also had Robert out to install a water heater and replace some piping on my pool equipment. He was efficient and friendly. I will call them for all my needs. Love you guys, keep up the good work!!

Carlos was very helpful in fixing my HVAC problem. He quickly figured out the issue and made sure the unit was cooling before he left. looks and works great. They installed an outlet, added an outdoor outlet, and extended our mast. They managed the inspections and electric company. They did a superb work communicating and scheduling a time that worked for me. I will use them the next time I need electric project

Google gave me three criteria Quality, Value, Responsiveness, Punctuality. I didn't shop around to gauge if J Rowe was the absolute best price but on all other metrics they've met/exceeded my expectations. Used them twice, first was a busted water heater, had a new one installed within 24hrs of me finding the problem. Most currently needed my main line sewer cleaned out, again arrived on time explained the problem and addressed it thoroughly. Again not sure if they're the cheapest but what ever extra I'm paying above the cheapest plumber is well worth it.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.

Very poor communication.
