Yeah called J&S air and found out it went out of business. But max mechanical bought the number so I set a appointment 3-5pm In about a hour Ty Howell called said he just finished a job in Dallas and was heading my way. In less then 20 min he was at my door. Nice guy came in check my AC found That my AC thermostat was popping the fuse to the system, he showed me and explained the problem and a new unit in his truck explained in detail how the work it how much it was fair price for a smart thermostat i check online wish was cheaper but a good product. He Installed it works perfectly AC is nice and cold he double checked a couple more things said everything was alright explain a couple details they do and if any problems and the warranty very courteous very polite . I highly recommend .

I highly recommend this company. They were out the day after I called. The plumber was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. The work was completed same day. Thank you for repairing my leak and installing a new hot water tank.

I tried using them for a faucet replacement but they arrived with an attitude, after rescheduling multiple times within a week. Not once did they apologize and refused to schedule two days out. Nevertheless, upon arrival, the gentleman was incredibly rude, he told me screw you after I asked them to wear booties and a mask so that they don't walk in with dirty shoes. I have all of this recorded on video for documentation. My family members and kids heard such disgusting, uncivil, and unacceptable language. It is my home and I have family members that have weak immune systems and allergies and I need to protect them. Instead of respecting my home and accommodating my request, they drove off without fixing anything. I tried calling multiple times and they kept hanging up on me. Apparently, they don't need the work and can afford to treat their customers with such unacceptable behavior. Rest assured, I am well connected in the community and I will be reporting them to my home warranty company and BBB for their unprofessional, rude, and offensive behavior. Cheers.

We had an overflowing toilet and a bathtub filling with sewage water. I called around to at least six other local companies and All Complete was the only one who could respond to our desperate situation immediately. I called Stephen and he had a master plumber at my door within ten minutes! The plumbers had everything fixed within an hour and a half and the charges were so affordable.

I used them as a referral from my home warranty company and though they don’t offer emergency or weekend service which it was I was needing Im satisfied with the job done. All questions were answered and professional opinions given. Overall great service. Office manager is extremely helpful, giving great info and recommendations.

Big Bear continues to be the best around. Great AC techs who don't try to take you for all the money you have. Today's visit was long and they stuck to their quoted price. And when I asked for something in addition, they did it with no issues or charge.

$30K later, Installed wrong pipes. We have had sinks draining slowly, came in very reluctantly after stern e-mail saying we will report them to the plumbing examiner. Found out we have a broken pipe under the slab. Verbally agreed it was their responsibility and now refusing to fix it.

Armando is so nice and professional. He came on time, polite and offered honest opinion. I didn’t use him since he has to pull city permit and we don’t want City inspection. I’ll keep them for future bigger jobs.
