Max mechanical was the fastest to respond and the next day they send out their technician Troy. Troy was very professional, knowledgeable and on time. He correctly diagnosed the problem, changed the part and once he had it up and running made sure the unit was running and cooling at its best. Thanks Troy for a job well done.

Great experience with Walker Heating & Air. Yubenal looked at the connections on the AC unit and determined it wasn’t getting power & figured out the root cause ( faulty breaker) in a short time, which is commendable. We had a poor experience with another service provider who incorrectly diagnosed it to be a thermostat issue. Walker was very professional in communications, quick assignment and follow ups. Their fee was higher than we anticipated. Glad to have our AC back on!

I called at 6am about a non-emergent plumbing issue. The women who answered was polite, professional, and helpful. She asked if I would be available between 8-12 which I was. I received a phone call at 8:20ish saying they had a plumber that could come and take a look at my problem.Juan and John came out to check things out. I can’t say enough good things about them. They were prompt, informative, personable, and didn’t seem mind the time it took to try and recreate my plumbing issue. After inspection they felt comfortable saying that it had fixed itself for now, but if I see bubbling or things start backing up again to call them. I felt bad they ended coming out without having them fix anything, but they were very friendly about being called out for nothing.I will definitely be using this company for any future plumbing needs. And so should you!

Micheal came out to do our seasonal check of our 2 HVAC systems. This is the second time he has come out to perform these checks. He is so detailed oriented he finds problems that could manifest into bigger problems & does his work so thoroughly (as if it’s his own) that I hope he remains our tech.
