We just had Pro Fix Plumbing install a tankless hot water heater in our home and reroute our lines. They were clean, punctual, professional, reasonably priced. Definitely recommend for all plumbing needs.

Update 4/26/17 Had a clogged shower drain at my mother's house Brent showed up on time and had it draining again in minutes. Don’t ever use this company. They totally ripped off my sister. They are commissioned salesmen masquerading as plumbers. They broke her pipes then sold her a bunch of unneeded fixtures just to increase their prices.

Ben was on time which was very impressive. We found him to be very professional and was determined to find our water leak... which he did.
He helped with the water extraction team also. Ladies he even cleans up his mess 🙌🏾. Blessings to Ben.

I had an issue with a clog that was somewhere between my house and the street, preventing water from exiting my residence. I called the city and was told there was nothing that could be done by them. I texted Plumb Reasonable, who was highly recommended by my sister, and within a minute I got a response, and within ten minutes they arrived at my house. The owners were professional, informative, and quick, clearing the stoppage within 15 minutes. I am so appreciative that they were able to come so quickly and fix the issue. The owners were friendly and warm, making me very comfortable as someone who knows nothing about plumbing issues. I highly recommend this company, you will not regret it!

Henry McGuire from KMP Plumbing came out today to fix my leaky/worn pump in master toilet. Henry was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and friendly. He listened to my concerns carefully, diagnosed the issue promptly and fixed it in no time. We are so pleased with his work. Also KMP Plumbing was great on the phone when I had originally called for an estimate and stayed on top of appointment confirmations and reminders throughout the whole process. I heartily recommend KMP and Henry McGuire to anyone who is looking for a reliable plumbing company to work with.

I don't know what has happened to this company. I've used them for many years for cleaning my drains once a year and for several plumbing jobs. Apparently they do not monitor what their plumbers do or what they charge. I've had fine plumbers in the past but the last couple of years I've noticed a difference. I just had them send someone to install a new sink and faucets in my bathroom. Some young guy showed up, spent 20 minutes here, put the sink in crooked and charged 427.00. I called the office and told them not to deposit the check as the job was not done. My favorite plumber, Mike, came out, installed it correctly and charged me 218.00, gave me back my other check. I don't seem to be able to impress on them that what these guys do, they do in the Roto Rooter name and it is hurting their business.

I built my own house, I hired all the contractors, bought all the materials, etc. I tried to hire local companies, but most weren't reliable. It took me 3 framers to finish the framing, and 2 drywall companies.

But D.Crowder was the exception for me. He and our welders Dark Horse of Granbury. D.Crowder was prompt, polite, worked hard even in 20 degree weather and late into the night. Even when the contractors digging the ditches for the foundation cut the tape holding my pipes in place, he dealt with it. When I had to add or change things, he just agreed, gave his opinion and we got on with it. I will only call D.Crowder from now on.
