Oh my goodness what a great company. They gave me a 3 to 5 hour window but they got here in less than two hours. Cody was very nice and informative. He explained what it would cost and what the plan of repair was going to be. He sanitized the bathroom floor and the shower stall when the job was complete.Best experience ever.

Michael was on time, very professional and courteous. He laid tarps in pathway to Master bath and installed a new pressure assisted tank and bowl. Checked to make sure old flange was in good shape (it was) and installed the new one. When finished he tested everything making sure it was working properly. Hauled old toilet away, picked up tools, tarps and bath was as clean as he found it. 5 Stars is all they give but Michael is at least a 6 Star Plumber. Master Plumbing is Lucky to have Michael working for them. When I need a plumber I’ll call Master and ask for Michael job well done! Thanks

Very knowledgeable and trusting technician, his name was Jared I felt very comfortable talking to him as he explained and broke down all questions I might have had and explain to me what was going on with my system what they could do to help me and the cheapest way to go and all the other available options that I had.He explain five options with the pluses and minuses, pros and cons. No pressure call just helpful and informative advice. Willing to work with me regardless of what option I chose. They have excellent financing available to help those black myself so don't have that good of credit score. Jared specifically respectful to me and very knowledgeable. I don’t normally do reviews but I had to after the service I received from Monica and Williams Home Maintenance. They came out the same day and fixed my air conditioning. The tech was Professional, Nice and really cared. I even signed up for the maintenance agreement. So I won’t have to worry about my air-conditioning anymore. I know I’m in good hands. Thanks Williams Home Maintenance. I would recommend them to anyone.

Met with Chad to replace galvanized plumbing (1950’s home) last week and received a quote. Called Ernie’s back to accept the bid for work and to get the job started. I scheduled the start date for the following Wednesday. After rearranging schedules around the plumbing job, Chad showed up today as scheduled just to say he wouldn’t be able to start today. Reason being is he has other jobs going and it may rain today (the forecast shows only cloudy today with no percentage of rain). This is unprofessional when time is of the essence, water has been off in the home for a week and we were patiently waiting for this work to start. I will not be reaching out to Ernie’s Plumbing for future jobs or recommending them to my clients.
