We had a sewer odor in bath. Contacted Bernard’s and explained problem. I was told what the problem was before testing began. We had a leak in drain trap of which digging under slab was required. Problem was repaired correctly on our 60 year old house.

I called plumb reasonable because water was leaching out of my guest toilet and my master toilet would not flush and there was water coming out of the wall near my AC unit! I was desperate to get someone out immediately. They answered and told me right away what the problem could be based on what I described over the phone. The wife and husband duo where at my house within 15 minutes of my call, they were very professional and gave me more information about my pipes being that I was a first time homeowner. These people were honest and and did a great job! They were able to unclog my main drain within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them not only because they are great at their job but also because it’s important to support family business. Thank you so much for helping me in my desperate need and I will be using them for any future needs.

When I first called for service I explained exactly what I needed done, I also explained that I did not have a ground floor drain clean out, they were one of the few that did roof' clean outs.
However, when Lance arrived he explained he personally did not work on roof clean outs he further explained that the roto-rooter coming in from the roof would not clear the drain that I needed to have water injection which cost $1000. With a little further questioning he did finally tell me that they could pull the toilet and clean the drain, however, it would be messy and no guarantee it would clear the line, it seemed he was content to sell me on the water injection and not just share what my options may have been. Frankly, it irritated me, however, I had already had to wait 3 days on another home warranty plumber and sent them on their way when I found out they did not do roof clean outs If you have an older home and no ground floor clean out not many plumbing companies work on the roof, be sure you ask.
Finally, I decided rather than wait another three days to get someone out I would have the water injection. To the companies credit they got someone out same day the two man team they sent out Cody and Blake were extremely helpful, friendly, professional great team. They went above and beyond to make sure they cleaned up after themselves and went the extra mile in answering my questions. I would use Benjamin Franklin again

Fantastic service, technician was very understanding and did a great job clearing the clog. I will use their services again when ever I need a plumber.

** UPDATE TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW**

I ended up needing to get the Hot Water Heater replaced. It was just too old, and the repair that I insisted on did not work. SERGIO and BRAYDEN came out this morning from ABC Plumbing. They did a fabulous job of installing my new hot water heater! They were quick and very neat. SERGIO explained some things to me that I never knew about hot water heaters. I will never call anyone but ABC Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. Thank y'all!

I called ABC Plumbing when the pilot light on my hot water heater decided to not stay lit. They sent Brian Butcher out to make the repair. I was so petrified I was going to have to get a brand new hot water heater, but Brian was able to replace a couple of parts on it, and now it is good as new! Brian was super nice, and I could tell he feels empathy for the customer. It made a big difference that he seemed to care. It was like having a friend come over to help. I will never call another plumbing company. ABC Plumbing is the best!

Jim and Martin came out and did an excellent job. Very knowledgable and fast. Very good company. Definitely would recommend them to do a good job and not try to gouge you on the price!

I will definitely be calling them in case of any future plumbing issues! My tub was clogged up and they were able to resolve the issue within a few hours. I paid a reasonable price for their service. MAX JUST FINISH REPLACING A PLEXIBLE HOSE IN MY HOUSE
THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT HE DID WORK ON MY HOUSE
First 3 years ago he replace my toilet and unclogged the drain outside.
He is a very good gentleman and he really do a quality work at a fair
price. Do yourself a favor get different quote from several plumber
and call Max last you will be glad that this gentleman quoted a fair
price for a Quality work..
