Best Commercial Plumbing in Arlington TX

This was the second time that we had hired Max Mechanical. We were having a problem with our bedroom being overheated and always being hotter than every other room in the house. They came and constructed A vent from the attic into the bedroom to alleviate this problem. But it didn’t work. The bedroom was still hot. We called and told the manager that we were not happy. They came to see us again immediately. They looked over the situation and decided that because of the way our house was constructed, the vent could not helpful and it would not alleviate our problem. They gave us a full refund! Heather, at the office, with instrumental in this Whole endeavor. They were responsible, responsive, professional, and they lived up to their motto which is that they guarantee the satisfaction of the client! We will always turn to them again for future issues of this type. Thank you, so much, Max mechanical! You truly are the best!

They took care of me start to finish through a massive re-plumbing of my house. I will use their services over and over again (although hopefully not too often.)

Dave was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and assessed the problem. He used shoe covers when I asked and fixed the problem. The work cost what he quoted. Hopefully this solves the leak over my garage.

Water heater went out in the middle of the night on a Thursday and leaked water all over the place. Daniel from Black Tie plumbing was able to come out Friday morning and replace it that day. I was deathly afraid that I would have a huge mess as my water heater was in a second floor closet which meant it had to be carried across carpet to the downstairs. Daniel was amazingly clean and managed to quickly install the new heater with no mess whatsoever in getting the old one out and the new one in. He also made the needed updates to bring the house back in to code. I couldn't have asked for a better job. I would highly recommend these guys.

Had a broken outdoor Spigot, Michael had it fixed within the hour, very reasonable pricing, great service

So I needed a Sewer Drain clean out. I had a backup that was backing up in the bathtub and in the laundry room in one of my rental properties. They come highly recommended to me from The Property Center a property management company. I
commend this drain cleanup plumbing company. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to quality service make them a cut above the rest. If you find yourself dealing with a troublesome drain, don't hesitate to call them. Jimmy and his team were wonderful.

I had called a previous plumber before calling Roto-Rooter in Fort Worth. After describing the situation on the phone to that plumber he came out and took one look at my backed up storm drain and said he didn't work on those types of drains . . . . even after I described it to him. Anthony from Roto-Rooter came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it that same day.

Brian Ayers did an amazing job. Not only was he efficient and professional, he paid attention to cleaning up any mess and leaving the bathroom looking better than it did when he got here. We appreciate his courtesy and commitment to providing great customer service!

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

I’m not sure which location this driver works for but she ran a stop sign yesterday in a residential area, my family and I had the right of way at an intersection, we had already stopped at the stop sign to make a left turn, a black lady driving the truck was heading straight but she came Speeding down the street and sped through the stop sign, never slowed down or anything if we had turned out she would’ve t-boned us and caused injuries to everyone in the car. This happened near Andrea Lane in Forest Hill, Tx around 4:20pm on 2/3. She could’ve severely hurt my family and I. I’m an insurance adjuster and just felt someone needs to know how employees are out here driving reckless. I’ll remove my review once someone acknowledges it, my intention isn’t to hurt your business. My review is based on the drivers action while driving your truck.
