This company came earlier than promised. Eric the Tech was very professional and explained everything to me and all my options. Very helpful and did not feel like a high pitch sales call just to do repairs. I’m picky - but Eric was great.

The entire Blaize team was incredibly professional, smart, efficient and a pleasure to work with. They worked to find and repair the leak with absolute minimum disruption to the house. We were impressed by their problem solving, diligence and excellent communication.

Dave was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and assessed the problem. He used shoe covers when I asked and fixed the problem. The work cost what he quoted. Hopefully this solves the leak over my garage.

I have smelled bad odors in my wall and home due to foundation issues After Blacktie Plumbing fixed the plumbing my home smells cleaner and there are no more bad odors. I had Blacktie Plumbing out to do some repairs on my sewage after my foundation was lifted. Mat and his crew Carl, Travis, Justin did an excellent job locating fixing the leaks under my home and in the laundry room. They even replaced my air vent hose on my dryer because it had to be moved. The Master Repair plumbers were scheduled to come to my house and make repairs on March 4th, they called to see if it was okay to come earlier, I said absolutely. They arrived on the 1st of March and at that point we had been without water for 12 days due to the sudden freeze. They repaired the leak in about an hour and they were as professional as it gets.
If you are in need call this plumbing company immediately. Booties for their shoes, Covid mask, and a great attitude. I recommend them highly. I thanked them but I had to call the office and thank them again.

I am very impressed with the overall professionalism of Lasiter plumbing. Form the time we scheduled, they were clear about the time when and who will come. Plumber came exactly within those 2 hour window and called me 20 minuets before the actual time. He was pleasent, knew exactly where the problem would be. He was in and out less than 30 minuets after fixing my kitchen faucet. I will strongly recommend these guys.

How stressful is it to become aware of a gas leak and have Atmos turn off your gas service 2 days before Thanksgiving in an old house with gas everything (water heater, central heat, cooktop, oven...)?? The answer is A lot!
It lasted only until Roto-Rooter said they could have someone there the very next morning!!! They performed the testing and repairs needed during the same trip, with all parts and test equipment needed already in the truck.... and then made arrangements with the City for work inspection the very next business day! Way exceeded what I thought was realistically feasible.
The stress relieve gained from their responsiveness and the sense of professionalism was amongst the very best I have experienced with just about any contractor over many years. The fairness of the pricing in light of the service rendered was also just first class. I will tell all my friends to hire Roto-Rooter for any plumbing service need, and I am writing this review to let others know about it as well.

Shawn, Jovi and the team did a great job!!! They were careful to clean any smudges made from installing a tub, two vanities, a toilet, and a shower. All work was completed in a timely and professional manner. Communication was great. Highly recommend them.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
