Michael did a great job repairing a leaking drain pipe in my crawl space. He was helpful, flexible and professional. Showed up on time, worked hard all day and took time to explain what he was planning to do at the start then showing me what he did at the end. Seemed experienced and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Metro Rooter came to help me with a really tough clog that I couldnt clear myself. The plumber came out on time when they said they would, had a really hard time. They had to come back with some heavier equipment but they got the job done and charged me exactly what they said. Would recommend them to amyone

A big thanks to Craig for his extensive knowledge and experience in addressing all of our plumbing concerns last week. We needed replacing of the garbage disposal and exterior faucet, tankless water heater flush, and checking the a/c drip line. Craig also discover ed a leak in the kitchen faucet hose which I never would have found. He was very efficient and explained things that would be helpful in the future. He is a great asset to the company. We have used Lasiter for years when we lived in Grapevine. We have such great trust in their work that we continue to call them even though we moved further away to Flower Mound.

Husband and wife duo were so.... kind and knowledgeable. During this time of disaster they didn't hesitate to come and assist to get us running water. They worked in our house that didn't have electricity and was very informative and explained the nature of the problem (two busted water pipes from the freezing). They were equipped to trouble shoot and fix on the spot. They didn't take advantage of individuals during their time need unlike some I have heard about online. Don Lily came out. I have used him a few times before. I think he is the best in my opinion. He knew exactly what to do. He is very professional. He had an apprentice with him. Brent was the most pleasant person to work with. I called several different places to help me diagnose the issue with a front yard water leak. He came out, showed me what the problem was, and fixed the issue in an hour and a half. I would most definitely recommend this plumbing service. We will be using him in the future. Thanks Brent!!

This company is great. When no one would come out he took time from is schedule to come out and take a look . I will be using him with any plumbing issues in the future.

A service guy came out and repaired the pipe, however, did not mention to us that he can not repair the drywall before cutting it. We actually had to stop him when he was leaving to ask if he was going to fix the wall. He responded that he didn’t know how to fix it. So now we’re stuck with the picture. My husband called and called to get a resolution and they did not answer or return phone calls!

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.
