They just fixed a busted pipe in garage after winter apocalypse 2021. Very quick response in a crazy busy time, didn’t just patch it, but fixed root cause of a previous hack job, and charged a reasonable price in any circumstances. I found my new plumbing company!

Dave was professional and courteous. He arrived on time and assessed the problem. He used shoe covers when I asked and fixed the problem. The work cost what he quoted. Hopefully this solves the leak over my garage.

Service person in hurry to get to next job! Brought along son to assist with work. Checked power source, changed reset switch, thermostat (upper and lower) with son hitting fuse box switches and tightening ground wire and hot wire. This takes away from focus of repairman and puts homeowner and company at risk. Make quick judgment that no other work can be done but to replace entire tank with additional charges. I got the impression his mind was somewhere else.

I have tried scheduling an appointment with this company for over three weeks now and have not been able to reach anyone. When I do, they tell me they'll give me a call back with a service date and never do. Unsure of whether or not they do good work because I can't get them out to perform it in the first place.

We just moved into a new house and the freestandidng tub in our master bath was not installed properly and we were experiencing problems. Called Lasiter Plumbing and Lewis and Justin came out and very quickly fixed the problem. They were very professional and careful and made sure everything was working properly before they left. Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.

I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing today because the faucet handle in my bathtub broke, and the water was running non stop. They called me back, and said they would have someone out today. The plumber who arrived was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue quickly. Initially, I gave this company a great (five star) review. However, the plumber did not have the faucet handle, but told me that I could easily find one at Home Depot. While looking for one (didn’t find it-can only get from one place since the style is old) I had a memory recall which has totally changed my mind about my experience with this company. About 3 -4 years ago I had the same issue. That plumber told me that since my house was older he could make the repair to the leak easily. Without going into a long story, he did the same repair that this company did. The difference is that guy charged me around $125 (maybe $150)and these people charged me $400. BIG DIFFERENCE! Will Never use them again!!!
