Best Bathroom Plumbing in Arlington TX
Per Larry Stinson, the company owner, he uses a computer program that charges the average regional prices for plumbing services. In my case, we just needed to replace a toilet flange in a very small bathroom that had been accidentally attached with silicon when the installer put in the tile floor. She forgot to remove the flange, so it had to be cut out and a new one installed to replace the toilet. Working up his written estimate took the technician, Bubba, almost an hour because he did it through this computer tablet. Then the actual job took less than an hour and was done well. The cost was $1283 for this one hour of work and the cost of the flange. So he charged $1200 for one hour of labor! I thought this way over-priced and it should have cost maybe $600 or so. When I told the technician, I thought the price was very high, the technician said I was trying to “Jew him down”. I thought this was completely unprofessional. Nicole, who installed the floor, was getting paid only $250 because floor is so small (5’x5’), so knowing she had to pay the bill, I asked for a lower price. If I was paying to fix this, I would have gotten much lower quotes as the job was not hard, just cutting out a 3” flange and putting in a 4” one. But Nicole didn’t want to wait, so she paid $1245, as he came down a little. So even though they came on time and the work was good, their pricing and lack of professionalism make me not want to use them again. Bubba also tried to tell me they only provide a 30-day warranty, but then Larry said it would be 1 year.
Their computer pricing program definitely must include data from much higher-priced regions/cities than this market. Please get other local quotes to compare before using Stinson!
P.S. I am editing this review because Larry stated in his response below that Nicole “left a 5-star review”. which is not true. She just told me she has not left any review and considers the matter closed.

I needed to get a back flow preventer test for my CO and I was able to get a same day appointment. The plumber that came out was very professional but also a people person. He explained to me what he was doing as he laughed and joked. He was proficient and knowledgeable of his assignment.

I called to ask a question about pulling a permit and the lady on the phone asked for what. I explained to her my situation and she was like no we don't pull for someone else's work. I'm not a plumber, I don't know how this works. So I say well can you rework and she says no we don't do that either, Click! She just hangs up in my face. No sorry we can't help. She was very rude and unprofessional. I would never give them business talking with her.

They did great work for a fair price and there were no hidden fees, upcharges, or other surprises during the work. They were also quick to response and to get the job done, not dragging things out or inconveniencing us in any way.

Husband and wife duo were so.... kind and knowledgeable. During this time of disaster they didn't hesitate to come and assist to get us running water. They worked in our house that didn't have electricity and was very informative and explained the nature of the problem (two busted water pipes from the freezing). They were equipped to trouble shoot and fix on the spot. They didn't take advantage of individuals during their time need unlike some I have heard about online. Really wanted everyone to make sure they knew how grateful and blessed we were to have met this team duo. Thank you Plumb Reasonable!!

Had them out to install an new heatpump water heater. Did a wonderful job at an affordable price. Had to custom run extra condensation lines so we rerouted all the emergency overflow at the same time. Liked their work so much I even had them add a few extra hose bibs while everything was moved. Owner came by the next week to inspect and follow up on the work and my satisfaction.

I woke up to an unplanned plumbing issue this morning. I noticed my front yard was a huge puddle as I was taking the kids to school. Being a new homeowner, I immediately started to panic. Luckily, I came across a good review for ABC Plumbing on a facebook Mom's group. I called ABC Plumbing and had the pleasure of speaking to Amanda. Not only was she super helpful and reassuring, but she had the owner, Jason, out to my house to look at the issue within hours. Jason was a complete God send and immediately put all of my fears and worries at ease and had a plumber on the job asap. The plumber, Sergio, showed up to my house shortly after Jason evaluated the situation in my front yard. Sergio was quick and had my plumbing issue fixed, and my water turned back on within the hour. Sergio also took the time and waited for me to receive the invoice in my email inbox so we could review it together before I made the payment for the repair. Between the owner, Jason, and the rest of his staff, Amanda and Sergio, this was a very positive experience. I will definitely keep their information and use them in the future for all my plumbing issues going forward.

Used this company for many years. They were always fair, reliable and did good work. Things have changed. Will no longer use them. In 2020 they came by to give an estimate on replacing bathroom sink. Never heard back. Called several times but never heard back. Recently in 2021 again asked for an estimate on a new sink. Set up an appointment but never heard from them. Will not be calling again and for sure will not be recommending them. T Hightower

The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He completed the repair of the busted outside faucet in about 30 minutes. This included prep for soldering, attaching an adapter, and leak check. The job was done right and I appreciate the excellent work #133 Tony performed.

John is easy to get a hold of and does great work! I used him to replace my water heater and he did a fantastic job. I also had him back to check my gas fireplace and outside faucets and he didn’t charge me anything. I highly recommend him!

I needed to install a new sink and faucet in my kitchen, and I hired Green Star Plumbing Company for the job. The plumber was knowledgeable and installed the fixtures flawlessly. They also provided helpful tips for maintenance. I'm pleased with their service and will use their expertise for future plumbing projects.

They are thieves! Took 3 months to get funds back a year ago for work they did not do! Complete work that didn't need done (per another plumber) and cost me $1200.00 just for that. Then advised that I needed further work which did not need completed. Now 1 year later they take out a annual fee. I didn't like them then and really don't recommend them now. Have called and no return calls to get my money back that they just took out. Single women and just feel ripped off.

Lyle has assembled a great team for remodeling work. We updated our jack and jill bathroom with new tile floor, granite counters, new bathtub & toilet, tile work and lighting. They repainted our existing cabinets. All of this work in only 2-1/2 weeks. They are very honest and helpful with design decisions, very reasonable on cost, pleasant to work with, and the quality of work is excellent. We are very happy with the results and will work with them again. (The picture doesn't show the new door knobs and drawer pulls.)

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

To replace two faucets cost me over $1200. One had to have a cut out from the inside wall. One faucet has the plastic line showing from the outside and I have to use both hands to turn on/off because it isn't secured. I will never refer this company because of price and quality of work.
