Was originally responsive for original appointment. He ended up having to reschedule ( which happens). But never responded when I left message to reschedule. Ended up calling another company.

Lasiter and Lasiter Plumbing is an honest and ethical company. I hired 6 plumbers within one year. Lasiter was the only plumber who correctly identified the problem and made the necessary repairs. Lasiter is polite, fair and kind. I am now going to call them for any and all future plumbing issues. I trust them.

The handle to open the water to the water spout on my bathtub was loose. $140 to fix “labor” + $80 in “parts” total $220!!! 😳. The guy didn’t take no other payment except cash..who knows, maybe to avoid paying taxes but his problem. This fix was way to expensive.

I had window glass replaced from my windows and I also had the garbage disposal replaced the guys that came in to do this work were prompt courteous professionals on time and just all around great. Daryl and Skyler did an amazing job installing a garbage disposal for me. Very quick and the price was extremely fair. The office person (Amanda i think) was also very polite and professional.

We have had them come out multiple times to assist with plumbing needs. They also helped with our bathroom and kitchen restoration!

Kyle was very knowledable, enjoyable to be around and honest. He cleared my sewer line in about a half hour and cleaned up completely. He also explained what was going on as he figured out what the problem was and where it was. He even drew a diagram for me so I could understand. I would have him back any time. His boss made a good choice when they hired him. Do whatever you can to keep him around. You and your customers will be glad you did.

I had a stubborn clogged drain that multiple attempts failed to fix. Green Star Plumbing arrived and worked its magic. The drain was unclogged quickly, and they even gave me tips on how to prevent future blockages. I'm grateful for their expertise.

Mike was skilled and knowledgeable about fixing plumbing problems. A tree root cracked the PVC pipe connected to the water meter. Not only was the massive water leak repaired, but the area that was dug up was put back just like it was before the problem.I also had the garbage disposal replaced. Great job!-Julio T

Excellent service. Plumber arrived on time. They observed covid protocols and wore feet coverings. We had them change the faucet in our 2nd bathroom. They explained the process and were up front about the cost. They hid nothing from us. Yes it cost a few hundred dollars but you pay for the licensed plumber. These aren't flyby night handyman who charge half the price and deliver half the work. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks.

Called to report one of the drivers flying down Country Club. Which isn’t something I regularly do but he was going so fast it was concerning.

Me: hi, how do I report one of your drivers?
Him: what?
Me: (repeats question)
Him: I am the driver. What’s your problem?
Me: you were flying down Country Club.
Him: So?
Me: so you were going at least 50.
Him: and?
Me: so the speed limit is 40 and school just let out so it was 20.
Him: ok. *hangs up*

If you can’t do these things AND you’re in charge of a business, I hope people will see this and choose wisely. If someone cuts corners with the law, is rude to a stranger proving honest feedback in good faith, what corners will they cut with you?
