I made 5 attempts over a two week period to contact this business regarding some work on basement pipes I needed done. I called three times, left voicemails, and submitted two requests online through their website, with my contact number and my email. Not once did anyone return any of my calls, respond to any of my voicemails, or respond to any of the requests I submitted online. Again, 5 attempts over two weeks with ZERO response from anyone there. Maybe they're a good company, but their customer service/response is in the toilet. Maybe business is booming so much, they can just disregard service requests.

Great service. Our technician thoroughly explained why there was two different clean out pipes and which one was what. After a few minutes, he was all done. He even put a rubber cap on the pipe to keep snakes out. Fair price and quick service. Thanks!

They wanted $320 to snake an a.c. drain on a Sunday. Most of their competitors want about $200-250. On google it says theyre open 24 hours, but know youre going to pay way more than average to use them after hours. Call around for quotes before using these guys.

I called plumb reasonable because water was leaching out of my guest toilet and my master toilet would not flush and there was water coming out of the wall near my AC unit! I was desperate to get someone out immediately. They answered and told me right away what the problem could be based on what I described over the phone. The wife and husband duo where at my house within 15 minutes of my call, they were very professional and gave me more information about my pipes being that I was a first time homeowner. These people were honest and and did a great job! They were able to unclog my main drain within 10 minutes. I highly recommend them not only because they are great at their job but also because it’s important to support family business. Thank you so much for helping me in my desperate need and I will be using them for any future needs.

I had a hot water slab leak which another company came out to address on four occasions. They were unable to locate the leak and continued to charge for services and diagnostic fees. I finally called KMP and Zane and Steve came out the following day. Within an hour they had located the leak and completed the repair the same day. They did a fantastic job and were fast and efficient. Thank you for turning a horrible experience into a good one. I will definitely recommend this company in the future.

Hire them for all of your plumbing needs! They are extremely courteous, professional, and do good and honest work. I will be personally recommending them to anyone I know who is in need of a plumber for their home or business. I’ve never had anyone come into my home to do repairs and clean up after themselves in the process but they did! 5 stars all the way.

Took my $2300.00 deposit for a $7000.00 bathroom remodel job, sent 2 men to demolish existing bath which took 7hrs by my home video camera. Demolition was not quite completed. Never showed up again.
Unfortunately he was recommended by someone in church. You just don't know who to trust these days.

Excellent service. Plumber arrived on time. They observed covid protocols and wore feet coverings. We had them change the faucet in our 2nd bathroom. They explained the process and were up front about the cost. They hid nothing from us. Yes it cost a few hundred dollars but you pay for the licensed plumber. These aren't flyby night handyman who charge half the price and deliver half the work. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks.
