Called out one of the big name companies in Weatherford to diagnose and repair a leak under my pier and beam house. The quote I got was more than a little unbelievable, so fortunately I got a second opinion. Master Repair sent Jack out and not only did he find the leak, he fixed it for a THIRD of the price I was quoted by the other guys. He was polite, helpful and went above and beyond to check that everything held, there were no more leaks and even helped with an additional problem with another line. I highly recommend these guys and I won't call anyone else if I don't have to.

The repair I required was difficult and tricky... the local plumbers estimated the cost at over 30k because of various obstacles (pipe was extra deep, went under a concrete culvert, sprinklers, etc.). So THAT was not gonna happen, and I began looking for other solutions.
Accurate Leak was able to reduce that price to something reasonable, by employing the pipe relining method. This really saved my butt... I was prepared to sell the house! Thanks, guys... great job!

They came to my house for a clogged drain and did a great job! They cleared the line and open the drain and showed me roots in the line. After shopping around i saw that they had the best price of all the other companies in westlake. They completed the job on time and was great to work with! I couldn’t recommend this company enough! Great crew make the company!

I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing today because the faucet handle in my bathtub broke, and the water was running non stop. They called me back, and said they would have someone out today. The plumber who arrived was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He resolved my issue quickly. Initially, I gave this company a great (five star) review. However, the plumber did not have the faucet handle, but told me that I could easily find one at Home Depot. While looking for one (didn’t find it-can only get from one place since the style is old) I had a memory recall which has totally changed my mind about my experience with this company. About 3 -4 years ago I had the same issue. That plumber told me that since my house was older he could make the repair to the leak easily. Without going into a long story, he did the same repair that this company did. The difference is that guy charged me around $125 (maybe $150)and these people charged me $400. BIG DIFFERENCE! Will Never use them again!!!

I contacted WHM this past Tuesday(7/18) to come by and look at my home AC system. When the tech arrived he seemed very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I explained the issue I was having and he proceeded to check the system inside the house and outside.
Outside he took the cover off the AC unit, checked the freon level and determined it was very low. He said as low as it was there is definitely a leak somewhere in the system. Not even seeming to care about looking for the leak or seeing if it could be repaired he began throwing a sales pitch at me for a new system...... A rather expensive option. So being tight on money I inquired about just recharging the system and exploring other options. Unfortunately the tech told me that R22, the refrigerant my system uses was being phased out and they didn't handle it anymore due to the high costs. Though despite not handling R22 anymore he did tell me how much it was going for per pound. After he left and a few phone calls later I learned he either lied or didn't know what he was talking about because the price he told me for R22 was more than double what it actually was going for. That and he either neglected to tell me or he didn't know about a much cheaper and more environmentally friendly alternative to R22 called RS44b, which is what my home AC is now running on now.
Also after he left and calling another AC technician to come over and look at my system I got a very different opinion than what the WHM tech gave me. It turns out I didn't need a new system after all. The second tech went over my system inside and out looking for a leak and found it, yay for proper diagnostic work. So now I just need a new A-Coil which is scheduled to be installed in a couple of days. Much much cheaper than the entirely new system the WHM tech wanted me to purchase.
So in a nutshell. despite seeming very professional the guy seemed to be trying to take me for a ride and squeeze my wallet like an orange. He either didn't know much of what he was doing or didn't care to diagnosis and fix the system, he wanted to replace it instead.

I called several plumbing companies and happen to see the Made's Plumbing truck at an intersection. The other companies came out and gave me outrageous estimates, including Ben Franklin which had a hothead that got into it with my neighbor over a $4,000 estimate. I called Made the next day. Ben is super friendly and you just know when you talk to him, you can trust him right away. He was very thorough and wanted to solve the problem - not just make big bucks. He diligently worked on my yard leak and was very reasonable on the pricing! Job is all done and he did a great job with a great attitude! I cant even imagine calling another plumber. He is on speed dial on my phone now.

Requested a quote to have a urial unstopped & they quoted for a new flush valve and new sensor unit.
Then they came out and replaced the batteries that did not need to be replaced on the sensor unit for $150.
The urinal still has not been fixed, they just turned the water cut off down to only let a small amount of water out to just barely keep the urinal from overflowing.
I do not recommend ever using this company for anything.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
Very poor communication.
