The technician Larry pre called 15 minutes before arriving to verify appointment, also was very professional and very informative made me aware of everything up front and fixed what I messed up a bit costly but very efficient thanks would recommend

Michael was outstanding! He was on time. He wore a mask. (Not necessary, but highly respectful.). He wore booties which my new floors appreciated. He installed 2 garbage disposals, with all associated plumbing, an air switches for the disposals, 2 touchless faucets, and a touchless soap dispenser. Everything was clean when he left and I could not be more pleased with his work. I only gave him five stars because they would not allow six. Hiring professionals is always a gamble. Assuming that everyone at Master Repair Plumbing is like Michael, your risk dramatically decreases with this company.

Great experience

Had the main line to the house break in the middle of the night. From the girl I set the appointment with to Wes who fixed the line, the experience was about as good as it can be. Actually paid less than the initial quote. If I have any plumbing issues in the future I'm going to call Direct Source.

They came to my house for a clogged drain and did a great job! They cleared the line and open the drain and showed me roots in the line. After shopping around i saw that they had the best price of all the other companies in westlake. They completed the job on time and was great to work with! I couldn’t recommend this company enough! Had a refrigerator delivered and the company that delivered could not hook up the water line. Called Bluebonnet Plumbing Services and they came out the next day to install. Would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be contacting for my next repair.

I knew disposal needed to be replaced. Told the person dealing with over the phone needed replaced. They came out opened my cabinet nothing more. Charged me 50 dollars to say we will be back tomorrow. Willing to pay all the upcharges to have the replacement done fast but couldn't do the replacement and charge me for walking in my house, nah. Racket.

Highly recommend! Prompt, trustworthy, and reliable. We used their emergency plumbing service. They were one of the few services that even answered the phone on a Sunday. They were at our house within 90 min, and their emergency fee was very reasonable. The plumber that we had, Tony Lopez, explained to us what went wrong and showed us the pieces that were no longer working. They did not try to sell us anything extra or unneeded. We will 100% be calling them whenever we need something in the future and likely using them as we remodel our home and install new fixtures.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
