The company send someone to fix air conditioning within 4 hours on a very hot day. He fixed the air conditioning and told us what was wrong. Explained that a maintenance may help us milk another couple of years out of our condenser so we've scheduled that. Will call them again if we need them. Great service.

I wouldn't even give this company one star. For years we paid monthly for a maintenance agreement on a brand new air conditioner they installed and told us it had a 10 year warranty. But now it's leaking and not cooling and they will not come out to even see what's wrong without charging an $89 service fee. They are not interested in customer service or satisfaction, only in making a buck. I told them we didn't have the $89 but that we'd been paying them monthly fees for years, and now they needed to honor the warranty and I was told, nothing we can do. So, now I have a $5000 air conditioning unit that leaks and doesn't cool. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

From the moment I called they were professional, kind, and very helpful. Our technician arrived on time and was informative and helpful with everything. He answered all questions I had and everything was clean when he left.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
