Max Mechanical does a great job every time! It was our first time to use their plumbing services as it was part of our maintenance plan we pay for every year! We were thrilled to see our long time family plumber show up at our door! Tommy has been taking care of my family’s home for almost 20 years! He did a thorough and excellent job today (as always) and made some great recommendations for updating our plumbing in this almost 50 year old home! Thank you, Tommy and Max Mechanical for a job well done again!

Although they came right away, I feel that I was over-charged to simply cap one pipe from humidifier.

Our AC went out as the outside temp was around 99 degrees. I called Metro Energy Savers around 5pm and within an hour, their service tech, Waymon, was here and had us back up and running within a half hour. He was professional, thorough, and the repair price was much less than what we were expecting. We will dedinitely give them a call if there are future repairs to be done and when it's time to replace the AC unit. Thanks Metro Energy!

Today Jake & the other technician were friendly efficient & did a professional job installing my new water heater! I called Baker brothers yesterday & got my appliance installed next day , so they were thoughtful about being available around my schedule so that I didn’t have to take additional time off work; usually I have to be inconvenienced as the customer, but Not today! Also, I called today to arrange for a technician & they were able to have a person come out Same day within hours of my call ; Jonathan handled a different problem with a faucet plumbing issue & again he was professional & courteous & explained to me the issue that I’d had another plumbing Co repair twice& were about to charge me a 3rd time for the same issue to come out a 3rd time. But I chose to use Baker brothers because of the great experience I had w / Jake & the technician (sorry -I didn’t get his name) -w/ him today! now That’s Customer care& True Service! Thanks Jake & Jonathan & Baker brothers & all 3 technicians assisting me today!!

We Love Williams Home Maintenance!!!! They do excellent work and are always on time...we have been using them for years. We had a rental property and used them for all repairs over there as well...in fact once there was a slight problem with one of the workers and the tenant and the owner (Jerry) not only fixed the problem but gave us a full refund!!!

Our AC unit had went out over the weekend so we had contacted metro energy savers. A guy had came out and looked at our unit. He was certain it was one thing and also recommended getting new wires for the outside. He left that evening never fixed anything. The next day I called their company and they sent out a one of their top tech guys. He came looked at our unit. Once he turned it on it started blowing cool air. Then he went on to say we needed a new unit @ $8,100 etc.... so my husband and I decided to get second opinion from Stark Air (highly recommended btw.) their tech at Stark Air said our unit was just fine. They changed out wiring and and we needed up needing a new cuircuit board. So far so good with Stark Air repairs and also at a low price compared to MES. I highly recommend getting a second opinion!

KMP Installed a York Mini Split in our sunroom. They recommended the right unit for our room and then their talented, courteous and professional team did the rest. We are extremely satisfied with the entire process. I'd like to give a shout out to the Service Mgr., Billy and his installation team, Joe, Doug, Derek and Manny. I would highly recommend KMP for my a/c needs.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
