The gentlemen were amazing!! Showed up fast gave me all my options on paper before any work was done. Will be using them again for ac work and plumbing issues I have! Great guys!!

The technician Micheal arrived at the time he indicated. He was very knowledgeable about my issue. He was quick to diagnose and repair the broken pipe. I would use this service again.

They showed earlier than expected and turn our problem into a fix super quick. We are happy now that we are all fixed. Thanks!

Have used Baker's Brothers many time in the last 10 years and always get excellent work and prices.Their techs are wonderful about explaining what's what and suggesting options if there are any. They take care of not just the plumbing but my A/C check ups and any electrical problems that come up. I bought a really old house!!

My buddy used them for their service. He had nothing to say but praises for him. Got him a contract for a health check on his AC units. We'll see how that works out in the future, I'd get back with you.

We have used Metro Energy Savers for years. The company as a whole is great. They are very accommodating with schedules. I love that they text me a picture of the tech with his name so I know exactly who is coming to my door. They are helpful to explain any concerns or problems. The techs are very professional and friendly. They are considerate of my home and wear shoe covers so they don’t track in mud during in-climate weather. Yes... they serviced my unit even in bad weather.

Micheal came out to do our seasonal check of our 2 HVAC systems. This is the second time he has come out to perform these checks. He is so detailed oriented he finds problems that could manifest into bigger problems & does his work so thoroughly (as if it’s his own) that I hope he remains our tech. BTW, he finds problems left from our new system install done a few years ago by another HVAC company (Ellis) that I will never use again. Thank you Michael!

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
