Best Air Conditioning in Arlington TX

I hired them after signing up with the monthly plan. Honestly they were very informative, professional and patient with us. I will be using them monthly as these guys are trustworthyUpdate****Even better customer service. We had one guy (Aaron) who came to fix our outside AC fan as a second day process. Then something happened with one of my AC units (which had nothing to do with the one being worked on) I addressed the issue with him and he solved the whole problem and went beyond my expectation. Have no regrets in signing with these guys and I will be their customer for a long timeHad multiple plumbing problems including detached sink, toilet malfunction. That’s when Larry came to help. He was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient. It took multiple trips due to the design of our sink but we got it done. Larry even fixed my toilet when it wasn’t even on his schedule. I recently switched to Dial One for my semi-annual plumbing and HVAC maintenance. I could not be happier. Kerlin came to my home today - he was thorough, helpful, inquisitive. He made sure everything was in good working order and got me all fixed up. The value for the price paid on their maintenance plan is already good, but when you get to deal with great employees like Kerlin - it's even better.

Very honest and great service. I called late on a Saturday and they sent someone right away. I thought the problem was going to cost a few hundred dollars but the honest HVAC tech informed me it was a very simple problem to fix and I was only charged for the service call. I would highly recommend this company.

From the moment I called they were professional, kind, and very helpful. Our technician arrived on time and was informative and helpful with everything. He answered all questions I had and everything was clean when he left.

They would not guarantee me a time to be out to the house. I’ve been waiting since 11am for them to call me and they not once called the tech or inquired about where I was in the line up. Now the tech is running behind and I’m out of time.
