Dallas the technician was very professional and polite. The customer service was top notch. I strongly recommend trying Controlled Climates as they are yet to disappoint. I do think it's a little odd how they display Angie's List super service awards with all the scandals associated with that nefarious site.

Called AHS warranty company, have had bad experience with them in the past. They assigned me to a different plumbing company at first but I saw bad ratings. I decided to go with Pacific Plumbing and their secretory from the beginning was very helpful to give me the soonest appointment. She was candid and helpful. They found the leak from the interior and the leak was fixed professionally.

Replaced 3 toilets. No problems. Professional and easy to deal with. Good price too. Definitely will use again.

I am really impressed by this company. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and quick to find my issue. He found my main pipe was clogged and had it cleared out in no time! The cost was surprisingly low for the job at hand. I hope I don’t need a plumber again but if I do, it’s going to be Chris’s Rooter.

This is the second time I have used this service and I am so pleased...starting with the young lady answering the phone to Kevin who professionally and quickly determined and solved my problems!!

I had a leak in my plumbing that seemed like it was a leak coming from the floor. I was super worried that I had a slab leak, which I Dr. Googled and was afraid would cost me thousands. The plumber sent by my home warranty from city plumbing found the source, fixed it, and explained what happened. I am so grateful he was honest, polite, and helpful!
