The service was great, but what really impressed me most of all is when I paid my bill, I accidently paid the invoice by looking at the total amount, not the total due which included the discount. All Star Plumbing called me to let me know that I overpaid, then sent me a check of the discounted amount. Never thought that would happen!! I would have not even realized that I overpaid. Very honest people! Would definitely recommend them!

Great job reasonably price

Plumber showed up with the owner, they were sent out by my home warranty company. They told me snaking the drain wasn't covered by the home warranty, but our drains were clogged throughout the house so I told them to clear it anyway.they charged me $350, plus the non refundable $75 the warranty company Took to send them out. Took them 2 hours and my bathroom flooded again the next morning, I called them back and they told me they'll have to charge me again to come back out. We complained to our warranty company and got all money back, fortunately. Hired another company and he got the problem fixed, haven't any issues since. I cannot recommend using rapid rooter. The owner, Eddie, will try to get as much money from you as possible. He estimated over $3,000 to install a two way clean out on the sewer line. The guy from Allbritten the Barefoot Plumber flipped out and said he would do it for $250 if I dig the hole for him.

I believed we had a slab leak due to a warm area on our kitchen floor. 559 Leak Detection came out and found exactly where the leak was coming from. They gave us options how to repair it. We ended up doing a spot repair that fit our budget. Thank you 559 Leak Detection for coming out and being honest, fast, and efficient!

We're TOTALLY satisfied with the superior workmanship of Omar Lopez and David Munoz with Art Douglas Plumbing Inc. They installed a new HVAC unit in our attic, which is accessible only through a small opening in the ceiling of our master bedroom closet. They were very careful in our home and in our closet as they removed the old unit and transported the new unit up into the attic. They even covered a pathway on our recently cleaned carpet and covered the clothing inside our closet before they began their work. And we just had the unit tested today by a young man named David who works for an Art Douglas third-party contractor, and the unit tested out well above average! We're so thankful to have found a trustworthy and competent company that we can confidently call upon to service our heating and air conditioning needs, and we also plan to contact Art Douglas Plumbing for any plumbing needs that may arise in the future. Thank you to all who were involved for a job well done in the installation of our new HVAC unit!

Couldnt be more disappointed! I called them with an emergency septic issue on a Friday, early afternoon. At first, they said it would be no problem and they would have someone out by that afternoon. As the early afternoon became late afternoon and I didnt hear from them, I began to worry. I started calling to try and figure out if I would get any help from them. As it turned out, when I finally got ahold of the dispatcher, they said they couldnt come out until Monday morning. I wasted hours waiting for them when I could have called someone else. On top of all of that, they quoted me several different amounts for the work. Horrible company and I would never refer anyone to them
