Bee was great. He was on time. Completed the work quickly and SAFELY. Safety was a big concern, it was 2 roof mounted units on a very high 2 story house. Very nice guy. AC was up and running 2 hours after my initial call, very important because we house a couple of disabled people with temperature sensitivity. Bee from Lee's is my new favorite AC guy.

Had a plugged up kitchen sink, shower and tub. Daniel came out Monday afternoon. He didnt have the snake so he had to go buy one at home depot. Kitchen sink was cleared but he couldnt figure out what was wrong with the shower and tub. Said he will come back with someone and never came or called. On Tuesday, we called and left messages. Repeated calls through out the day. Nancy finally picked up and said she will find out whats going on and will call back. She never called back and no one ever came. Called our home warrenty and they said to wait for them to come back to diagnosis the issue. Today is wednesday. Still no reply from them. So we called the home warranty again to find out that they reported our plumbing was not up to code. Not up to code? How? When Daniel couldnt figure out what was wrong with it and never came back from the first day? We are very unsatisfied. It was a waste of our time. Their communication skills and plumbing knowledge are wack! I would not recommend this buisness.

Dave is truly an honest and and competent craftsman. I would not think of calling anyone else for any Plumbing needs.

Chris is amazing. We bought a house with a known long-standing drainage and flooding problem, and found out how bad it was only two months into home ownership, when our sunken living room flooded. Several contractors estimated $20-$30K to rip out and replace the entire area drainage, without even knowing what or where the actual problem was. Chris spent over an hour with us explaining the most common problems, and providing substantial free expertise. He brought his equipment the next day and cleaned out our area drainage system, removing 30+ years of dirt, rocks, and roots. He also pinpointed the real problem: a redwood root that completely crushed the drain pipe. He even ran through our sewer pipe as a bonus and found where the original landscapers put a hole in the pipe to plant a bush that was slowly clogging it. Thanks to his camera diagnostics, we could see the problems clearly. We can make some of the fixes ourselves and are ultimately spending a few thousand, rather than replacing the entire system AND eventually having the sewer clog (yuck!). We will absolutely be hiring him to come back and do regular maintenance so our drainage doesn't get full of roots again. I highly recommend him - he has the tools and the expertise to find the problem areas so you aren't flying blind trying to fix things, and he is great at showing and explaining what happened so we can avoid repeating the mistakes the prior homeowner made. I called up Yang's Plumbing (owned by Mr. Xue Yang) because of his online reviews. His reviews were fantastic base on a recently launch business!!

I called Mr. Yang on a Friday and he came straight from finished job to give me a FREE estimate. His estimate was money saving. Other company want $$ on estimates and were days out on appointments. Mr. Xue appointed my job was next business- Monday. Now that is quick customer service!! He also gave me all the options that was avail options and prices. His approach was not pushy and I didn't feel like I was being rush or force into anything.

He cleaned up his mess and disposed all the material at no cost to me.

His pricing was more than fair because his service and appointment was quick. Try having other company beat his price and appointment time.

I'll definitely will pay for his plumbing service any day than pay for a name of the companies, which will charge for a higher rates, appointment days out and horrible employees with lack of customer services .

Behind the wall our shower was leaking and We have an older home built in 1950 I am so Thankful for 559 Leak Detection they caught the problem early. Highly recommend that you have this done it could potentially save you thousands!

Stay away from City plumbing.They are there to get your share of cost from insurance company.
The tech showed up late after calling them few times hooks all unprofessional and disoriented.
Shower was leaking and he send false report by stating this is our fault due to mishandling.I reopened the claim paid another deductible and the new plumbing company fixed it without any question.
I will be complaining to BBB too.
