Best Sewer And Line Repairs in Fresno CA

Tried to extort $651.00 from my 84 year old mom on diagnosis if her problem with her tankless water heater. Was there 40 minutes and said he would fix it. Couldn’t fix it so you pay $7.000 for a new one or three thousand to fix it. What a crook. Fernando was the repairman that came out. We called other companies and they do work for less than hss as of of what LEE’s wanted. Don’t do business with these crooks. He did not fix anything.

I am really impressed by this company. Chris was professional, knowledgeable and quick to find my issue. He found my main pipe was clogged and had it cleared out in no time! The cost was surprisingly low for the job at hand. I hope I don’t need a plumber again but if I do, it’s going to be Chris’s Rooter.

I had a Home Warranty problem on one of my rentals on March 11,2015. My Bath & Shower faucet was leaking.The technician from City Plumbing did the service call and reported to the Home Warranty Company that parts were missing from the faucet and therefore the repairs were not covered.This was an outright lie, as no parts were missing, it was just the cartridge that needed replacing.

I requested a second opinion and the Home Warranty Company gave the assignment to Rapid Rooter.
I was impressed that Diana called me the following morning and had her technician, Andrew, meet me at the Condo.
We both inspected the faucet and concurred that there were no missing parts and that the faucet just needed a new cartridge.
Andrew went and purchased and installed the parts.Everything worked as it is supposed to.
My tenants and myself are really happy with the service that we received from Diana, Andrew & Rapid Rooter.

Diana again followed up the same day to see how the repairs went etc, etc.
Now this was really good service and PR from Diana.
I noticed when Diana called me the 2nd time that her phone number was programmed in my phone as Tracy from Roto Rooter.
Then I confirmed that Roto Rooter and Rapid Rooter are one and the same with Eddie & Diana as the owners.

This was the 2nd time in about 2 years that Eddie & Diana were asked for 2nd opinions. Both times they took care of the problems as they were covered under warranty despite having been told otherwise by the Home Warranty Company who was relying on the report from the other Plumbing Technicians.

Eddie & Diana and Rapid Rooter are an excellent company and I give them 5 stars.I will recommend them to any of my friends that need Plumbing Services as I know Eddie has a wealth of experience in this field.
I will try to request their services every time I call for Home Warranty Plumbing Services because their track record is excellent and I know an honest company when I deal with them.

We noticed our floor was warm and our gas bill was higher than normal, We called 559 leak detection and they came out and explain the process and with their leak detection equipment found the leak in our laundry room under the foundation. They gave us different options and We decided to go with the hot water repipe. They were fast efficient and clean and they even repaired the dry wall for us. Thanks 559 leak detection for giving us our hot water back on and lowering our hot water bill significantly!

CROOKS! This is a dishonest business that in my opinion is price gouging their customers. I had a free estimate to install a faucet at my business and I was quoted $2,600!!!! was told parts are expensive. Cmon water hose and pipes are $15 max per unit. The manager probably thought I was stupid and would pay. Little did he know that I’ve worked on project design for many years and I know what fair price should be. I’m considering going to the BBB as I can imagine how crooked this manager is to other customers and elders! It’s a scam and total fraud.
