Martinez Plumbing provided excellent service for our tap installation. They were punctual, professional, and completed the job with precision. Highly recommended!

Very professional. They did a walk through with me to show what was replaced. They made sure toilets flushed properly and also ran the hot water at each area of the house. They made sure they cleaned up the areas they worked in.

After 2 attempts to figure out a water leak, Pacific Plumbing diagnosed the problem quickly. Tony was knowledgeable & professional. I would highly recommend this company.

All in all, All Star did resolve the following issues over the course of a week and a half. The bathroom was supposed to take 3 days and it took a total of 12, due to all of the issues. The supervisor was very responsive and handled everything after it was reported, but I wanted others to be aware of how miserable the experience was for us.

-Added tape to our saltillo tile and removed the finish. To repair it, they spray painted the saltillo (also hit the wall).
-Had to come back and hand scrape the floors and restain and seal them, as well as re-paint the trim
-Installed a defective toilet that leaked on the new floors.
-The project manager forgot to add water to it, which caused the valve to break. He would not fix it without charging us $375, which we had to get waived by the supervisor.
-Had to re grout the floor due to the defective toilet because the grout was stained black (it was supposed to be white)
-Mysteriously, all of our purchased parts (from Ferguson's, a reputable store) were defective when they installed them
-Had to redo the tile to remove defective parts
-Threw away our baseboards and had to buy new, threw the new baseboard away and had to re-buy base boards for the second time
-When they installed the trim, it is not flush with the floors
-Did not install hot water - I had to boil water to take a bath
-Shower spout was defective and was not pulling water through the shower head
-When they laid the new trim, they marked the drywall with about a 15 inch scratch.
-Overall, messiest contractors we've worked with. They laid mats down but didn't use them much. We had to clean up after each crew left. Still removing drywall from the cabinets and mirrors.

I'm glad that the supervisor was so responsive. He called daily and gave me updates; however, this was the worst experience we've had with a contractor.

I called up Yang's Plumbing (owned by Mr. Xue Yang) because of his online reviews. His reviews were fantastic base on a recently launch business!!

I called Mr. Yang on a Friday and he came straight from finished job to give me a FREE estimate. His estimate was money saving. Other company want $$ on estimates and were days out on appointments. Mr. Xue appointed my job was next business- Monday. Now that is quick customer service!! He also gave me all the options that was avail options and prices. His approach was not pushy and I didn't feel like I was being rush or force into anything.

Mr. Xue Yang was professional throughout the job service.
He cleaned up his mess and disposed all the material at no cost to me.

With his business recently launched.
With his job knowledge, professionalism and his customer service, he's definitely coming up in the plumbing business strong!!
His pricing was more than fair because his service and appointment was quick. Try having other company beat his price and appointment time.

I'll definitely will pay for his plumbing service any day than pay for a name of the companies, which will charge for a higher rates, appointment days out and horrible employees with lack of customer services .

This is the second time I have used this service and I am so pleased...starting with the young lady answering the phone to Kevin who professionally and quickly determined and solved my problems!!

He was fantastic!!! He replaced a kitchen faucet for us and got our water heater working. So professional, clean, and on time! We would definitely work with him again!

The technician was very nice , was on time and explained what he was going to do after he examined my water heater. He did the work and called me out to see the part he replaced and how he had cleaved out the underside of the water heater He appeared very knowledgeable and stated it should work well now. I would welcome him back if I have another problem with it.

Referral from a close friend; she maybe embarrassed now.... Definitely get a second opinion! This guy shows up with his son that’s fine; but don’t show up acting like you don’t have time to do the work or act like you have no idea what was discussed prior to you coming over and only spend a total of 10 mins... I asked when the work could be done and stated he couldn’t do it that day. Mind you; was intending on paying him upon completion of work that day... Said he’d go back to the office to draw up a quote... cmon you couldn’t have done it right there?! could have been way more efficient! The list goes on. Wouldn’t recommend.

That still doesn't address the fact that nothing got done.. I don't know anything about toilets and expected you to try other things; rather than just throwing your hands up in the air; saying oh you need a new toilet... I called and expected something out of the appointment. Maybe you should consider retiring.

Great JOB! Sal Zepeda did a great job fixing the toilet at our office. He came in early morning, cheerful, full of energy, got to work, did the job and was out in a flash! I thought he was going to take all day to fix the issue, but it was a quick fix and he was done in less than an hour. Thank you Sal!

No one needs more stress during these times of social distancing so I was pretty upset to find a leak in our master bathroom. After calling a few local numbers with no luck of catching anyone Goode Plumbing was there. The service was quick (even more so considering it was after 5pm) and to the point. Definitely would recommend and will use again.
