Best Repairs Water Heaters in Fresno CA

Came out on a Sunday to assess the issue, but could not repair without the parts. They called 30 minutes before scheduled time to let me know they would be there on-time. They fixed the issue in 47 minutes and it was $100 less than the original quote! The repair person (Chad) was friendly, efficient, and professional. Definitely returning to Lee's for future needs.

They were amazing, worked quickly and in such a beautiful manner. They even called to check up on us. We were living in a hot box it was broken for over a month. And once they received the green light from my landlord they came right away and installed a new one. I have 4 children and the man that came to my door said the job usually takes half a day, but they sent out their best to finish in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend they are awesome.

Fantastic service. Unfortunately needed a plumber twice in the past month (disposal and faucet issue) and Rapid Rooter provided as good of service as you can hope for. Booked my appointment for the next day, the plumber was very friendly and efficient, and they even called a couple days later to ensure everything was okay. Price was very fair. Hope I don't need a plumber again so but know who to call if I do!

Kevin provided excellent plumbing service to my single-family home about 3 months ago, fixing faucet leaks and most importantly, fixing my water-jet tub. He was creative in replacing the pump and motor. It is now fantastic and very quiet. I use a third of bubble bath as before and the bubbles rise to within 3 inches of the spout. This is so much better that what happened in the past decades. With the water leaks fixed I am using less water.

I have used A-Reliable in the past for main line cleaning and didn’t have issues until now. However, the last time they were here I asked about my kitchen sink having low pressure and they told me it could be my angle stop or faucet. So I called them back later to schedule an appt for them to fix my angle stop. They came out and didn’t check my angle stop, but instead said I need a new faucet and charged me $85 for coming out. They told me when I made the appt that the $85 would be waived if they did service. But charged me $85 anyways and did no service to my angle stop, only saying I need to call back when I have a faucet but the $85 won’t be waived at that time either since it will be a separate appointment. I went out to buy a faucet and called another plumber instead. The other plumber came out and said he needed to check the angle stop first. He replaces my angle stop and said my faucet is fine. My water pressure is back to normal. I called A-reliable left a message to speak to the manager but they never called me back. I can’t believe they got away with charging me $85 to come out and do NOTHING! and not even look at the angle stop which is why I called them out to begin with. Instead they told me to go out and buy a faucet that I didn’t even need! I will never use them again!!!! Oh, and the other plumber asked me who came out, and when I told him it was A-reliable he called the plumber by name and said he knows him, all he said was ‘’what? He should have known better….I can tell it was your angle stop just by looking at it because it’s broken’’.

Jerry, the service tech who responded to our service call, was exceptional in his handling and explanation of our plumbing problem. The problem was solved in an efficient manner.

Called Costless Plumbing on a Monday afternoon and spoke with Martha, we expressed our concerns with our leaky and outdated shower handles. Martha sent out a few of their guys the next day (Tuesday) around lunchtime. Nathan the Comfort Advisor did an amazing job at communicating with us the next steps, their estimated time of arrival, and an accurate quote for our job. Overall super impressed with their amazing customer service, knowledgeable and timely techs, and the great job they did on our bathroom. It was definitely the upgrade we needed, delivered at an amazing price with kind service! We will be coming to them for any future emergencies and to upgrade our AC system very soon, definitely recommend.

My grandmother needed her 20+ year old water heater replaced, so I contacted over a dozen plumbers for quotes and received a very fair quote on yelp from Clark Family Water Heaters. I called Bryan in the morning to let him know that we were going to replace the water heater with him and he was here in the afternoon with a brand new one. He replaced the water heater and all the accompanying accessories (hoses, hose insulation, earthquake straps, valves, etc.), and hauled away the old one. He stuck to the quote he gave us on yelp messaging and didn’t tack on any hidden fees like many plumbers do at the end. Overall we’re very happy with our experience, and strongly recommend. Bryan was extremely friendly, personable and especially very helpful to my 87 year old grandmother who he explained the whole installation to, and took great care of her and her house.
