I am so happy that when I called with a problem with the refrigerator’s connections for water that was leaking after an earlier service call to replace the water turn off valve. Steve did a great job stopping the leaking. We will call Rod’s the next time we have a plumbing need. They are fast and dependable.

Rods plumbing is awesome. From the initial call to the service. Spoke with owner Rod who got me in the next day and was able to come 5hrs early. Darren arrived and was not only curtious but professional. He took care of the job and also tested his work with me which made me feel satisfied in knowing he had knowledge of the issue and how to solve it. I would highly recommend Rods plumbing. Issue was not solved. Im Still having the same problem. Water is still coming out of my tubs. First night they came out and did not solve the issue, but was charged. Next morning they came out with owner and claimed to fix the issue but did not because I am still having the same issues. Called them today to explain but still wants to charge again to diagnose issue. Seems that the diagnosis should have been rectified the first time.
(Response to owner) I appreciate your response Mr. Rod, but I never received a formal quote from the business or a break down of services, which i assume would include diagnosis like i requested from you on 9/1/22 via e-mail. Futhermore, I was told by yourself that I did not have any root infiltration based on what you saw that day the street main sewer access.

Rod and his team were incredible to work with. I received a video from my supervisor that showed water coming up through a cement walkway at our center. After calling several other organizations, Rod was the only one that came out quickly because he understood the emergency. Rod helped us trace the source of the leak, turned it off and then had his team available the next business day to jackhammer the concrete and fix the pipe that had broke. His attention to the customer, his people's work attitude and overall professionalism was outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone! Thanks Rod and team.

I called Rod from Rods Plumbing for a quote for garbage disposal. He asked me a couple questions, then he informed me how to check it. I was able to fix it with his advice. Rod’s Plumbing has been our go to plumber for a number of years.
Main bathroom sink leaking, new faucet, easy. I remembered the slow draining bathroom sink in the master bath. Darren didn’t hesitate to take a look…oh my, it was plugged!!!! FIXED!
New faucet installed early next day.

I did business with Rod's father, Vern, for many years until his retirement. I always called them for the big jobs. Rod squeezed me into his schedule so my tenant could get back to having running water after an underground leak was discovered. He helped troubleshoot the problem and came up with a plan that didn't break the bank. Highly recommended.
