Best Plumbing System in Fresno CA

Called Verns Plumbing for a/c duct cleaning back in approx 2012-13. The service crew found interior of the ducting to be disintegrating, so replacing the ducting was only option. Supposedly they replaced all of the ducting at a costly price. A yr later (2014) the a/c unit itself had to be replaced (due to age) and I used another company. Fast forward to 2021 and I'm once again finding internal lining pieces from the ducting on carpet nd furniture. The old ducting had been the original for 35yrs. The new ducting barely has crossed 9 yrs and already shows signs of deterioration.
Wouldn't use this co again, nor refer anyone to them.

I have used A-Reliable in the past for main line cleaning and didn’t have issues until now. However, the last time they were here I asked about my kitchen sink having low pressure and they told me it could be my angle stop or faucet. So I called them back later to schedule an appt for them to fix my angle stop. They came out and didn’t check my angle stop, but instead said I need a new faucet and charged me $85 for coming out. They told me when I made the appt that the $85 would be waived if they did service. But charged me $85 anyways and did no service to my angle stop, only saying I need to call back when I have a faucet but the $85 won’t be waived at that time either since it will be a separate appointment. I went out to buy a faucet and called another plumber instead. The other plumber came out and said he needed to check the angle stop first. He replaces my angle stop and said my faucet is fine. My water pressure is back to normal. I called A-reliable left a message to speak to the manager but they never called me back. I can’t believe they got away with charging me $85 to come out and do NOTHING! and not even look at the angle stop which is why I called them out to begin with. Instead they told me to go out and buy a faucet that I didn’t even need! I will never use them again!!!! Oh, and the other plumber asked me who came out, and when I told him it was A-reliable he called the plumber by name and said he knows him, all he said was ‘’what? He should have known better….I can tell it was your angle stop just by looking at it because it’s broken’’.

They were friendly, had good communication, and fixed my problem with my garbage disposal quickly. I will definitely use them again!

The company called me on Thursday saying Friday between 12 and five they will be out there to replace the AC part that bad they never called to say that they were running behind they never did anything to let me know that they were not coming I had away all weekend to get a hold of them and then when I finally did talk to them she told me between 9 o’clock and 12 so will be out there to fix the AC but yet they still have not showed up I will never recommend them

The gentlemen that came out where very professional and friendly. They cleaned up everyday before they left. I would highly recommend them.

He arrived on time and he was super nice and polite. I've never been called sir so many times in my life :-). And before he left he made sure the area he worked in was clean. Absolutely excellent service.

Chris is a very honest and dependable man. (We used Acme drain for years where he worked with his father before starting his own business.)Now we get the same great service that we are used to with Chris' Rooter. Chris will help you to not waste your money on unnecessary things that other companies may try to convince you are needed. I definitely recommend this company 100 percent!! This was the first time using All Star Plumbing. There was a clogged drain in the kitchen sink. I called and about 2 hours later quickly had a technician out here. I called a variety of other places and no one could come out until about 3- 5 days. So, I was happy that All Star could come out so promptly. The technician, Bobby, was so helpful and explained all my options before even beginning to work. He fixed the clogged drain and recommended some other options down the road. Unfortunately, our whole whole became clogged the following hours. I called All Star that next morning and again they had 2 technicians come out and promptly fix the problem. They were professional, helpful, and their prices are reasonable. Bobby, the original technician even gave me a call later that day to ensure everything was fixed. He said if there were any more problems to not hesitate to call him. I was very happy with their service and recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

Great job reasonably price

Company was unprofessional. Didn't call to notify me about anything, was impossible to get a hold of and the company was not on the same page. Got 3 different quotes for one job in which they didn't finish. Called them the first time to fix a clog and they ended up damaging my shower. Second time calling them to fix water damage from the shower and the toilet and they didn't do it correctly. Didn't take out the part of the wall that has the actual damage, broke the flange where the toilet sat on and didn't tell me or it was broken and they didn't tell me and then they proceeded to want to charge me extra for a job in which they were supposed to do anyways. Not impressed, won't recommend.
