Franco's Plumbing is the best company I have ever used for plumbing issues, heater issues and A/C issues. They go above and beyond. Are quick and efficient and their crew are all around super nice people. I'm a Manager without a maintenance tech right now and they have come to the rescue more times than I can count. Highly recommend them.

I have used Controlled Climates several times for repairs at my old home and current home. Recently, they installed a new ducting system, A/C, thermostat, and insulation in our 1950's home. They are always professional, responsive, and have great, friendly communication. Technitions are wonderful as well. Our job is complete, and I have no regrets. My new system is fantastic.

Our issue was with leaking shower handle and also a leak inside the wall due to which we switched off our entire water supply.
We called them to tell that the issue was urgent and they came after two days.
First the guy on the phone is always rude, the plumber tony fixed the issue but got the hot and cold pipes on the opposite side, we called back so many times, even texted and not even a single reply and even the lady on the phone said she would ask her manager if they could fix it, no reply there too.
All I was asking was if the issue could be fixed or not.

I highly recommend them! They were extremely helpful and answered every question right away. Not only were they super friendly and did everything 110%. The prices are unbeatable!

Replaced 3 toilets. No problems. Professional and easy to deal with. Good price too. Definitely will use again.

I was not impressed by the plumber they sent out. They were assigned based on my home warranty. They are not an authorized repair company for whirlpool products apparently. So he wasn't able to work on my water heater. My sink had the hot water side with low pressure. He simply unplugged the hose from under the sink and blew through it. Then he reconnected it and it was still slow. He proceeded to tell me the galvanized pipe in the wall was clogged and would need to be replaced. And that the warranty company wouldn't cover it. Except, this has happened in that past before and he didn't work the problem the same as the two others who came before him over the years. I asked if we can test his conclusion by turning on the water from the wall, unplugged from sink, to see if the pressure is reduced from there. He said yes, but all the stuff under the sink would need to be removed. Not a problem, I put all the stuff in a box. He tested it out and I had full water pressure and sediment particles. He showed me water as if his suggestion was correct. He plugged everything in and tried the hot water and it was still slow. Still saying it's the hot water line since the cold water pressure is perfect, I asked if it was possible the clogged went right to the Y joint where the hot and cold water meet and push through my facuet. He went back under and disconnected it from there and flushed the water out. Again more sediment. He plugged everything in and everything worked.
He was going to leave after telling me the pipe from my water heater to my kitchen facuet was the issue and not covered. He either didn't want to get under the sink to work the problem, or he didn't know how to solve the problem. In any case, laziness or knowledge, I was not impressed by the service call. I gave two stars in stead of one because maybe it was an off day OR, more likely the third scenario, this company wasn't compensated enough by the home warranty company to put any effort into the repair.
Regardless, the effort displayed for a work order they chose to accept was sub par. 2 stars.

CROOKS! This is a dishonest business that in my opinion is price gouging their customers. I had a free estimate to install a faucet at my business and I was quoted $2,600!!!! was told parts are expensive. Cmon water hose and pipes are $15 max per unit. The manager probably thought I was stupid and would pay. Little did he know that I’ve worked on project design for many years and I know what fair price should be. I’m considering going to the BBB as I can imagine how crooked this manager is to other customers and elders! It’s a scam and total fraud.
