Chris is amazing. We bought a house with a known long-standing drainage and flooding problem, and found out how bad it was only two months into home ownership, when our sunken living room flooded. Several contractors estimated $20-$30K to rip out and replace the entire area drainage, without even knowing what or where the actual problem was. Chris spent over an hour with us explaining the most common problems, and providing substantial free expertise. He brought his equipment the next day and cleaned out our area drainage system, removing 30+ years of dirt, rocks, and roots. He also pinpointed the real problem: a redwood root that completely crushed the drain pipe. He even ran through our sewer pipe as a bonus and found where the original landscapers put a hole in the pipe to plant a bush that was slowly clogging it. Thanks to his camera diagnostics, we could see the problems clearly. We can make some of the fixes ourselves and are ultimately spending a few thousand, rather than replacing the entire system AND eventually having the sewer clog (yuck!). We will absolutely be hiring him to come back and do regular maintenance so our drainage doesn't get full of roots again. I highly recommend him - he has the tools and the expertise to find the problem areas so you aren't flying blind trying to fix things, and he is great at showing and explaining what happened so we can avoid repeating the mistakes the prior homeowner made. I was very pleased with the service I received. Couldn't be happier. Great communication, they were there when the said they would be. Very affordable, in my mind I was already canceling Christmas and preparing for a Charlie Brown type Thanks Giving. We had tree roots that were blocking the sewer line. Roots removed, broken pipes replaced the same day and FAST!! Thank you so much!!! I will be recommending them to everyone I know that needs a professional plumbing service!!

Brad came out to the house and did some repairs to kitchen sink plumbing. He showed up promptly, assessed the problems, explained everything very well and did the repairs. Have used this company before and they are always efficient, friendly and provide great service.

Our main iron water line was recently replaced due to a leak. Travis et. al. were all very professional throughout the project. They were prompt, courteous, customer oriented, and reliable. The clean-up phase of the project was a 5 out of 5! The crew (Zak and John) took pride in their trade depicted by their action of cleaning all their tools before putting them away. Highly recommend Goode Plumbing !!

I called them up and they immediately gave me a quote for $800 LESS than the other companies I called. Same equipment, same service, and they were able to show up the next day and replace my busted water heater. The crew came out and were super cool and texted me throughout the process. Whole thing was done in about two hours with little to no interruption of the water at home. I HIGHLY recommend using them for your HVAC and water heater needs.
