I called and they were courteous and professional. They provided a number to be able to text for services and to receive service information. When the person would be arriving. The men who arrived were courteous. Explained everything. Covered their shoes. Didn’t make a mess in the kitchen. Definitely will call for all plumbing needs.

We noticed our floor was warm and our gas bill was higher than normal, We called 559 leak detection and they came out and explain the process and with their leak detection equipment found the leak in our laundry room under the foundation. They gave us different options and We decided to go with the hot water repipe. They were fast efficient and clean and they even repaired the dry wall for us. Thanks 559 leak detection for giving us our hot water back on and lowering our hot water bill significantly!

Very great company I'm super proud of my dad and how professional and hard working this company is 10/10 recommend.

During the service visit, the technician began to cough INSIDE our house. My mom and I felt uncomfortable with this and spent the remainder of his visit outside, then left the house (which we are very hesitant to do because of the pandemic) in order to give it some time to ventilate.

During the visit, we called the company and expressed our discomfort. The representative said that the coughing was simply due to dust and debris in the air— although we had also heard the technician coughing outside. When we stated that we were still uncomfortable, the representative said that we should have rescheduled if we were going to be this concerned. We did not know that the company planned to send someone to cough in our home. Therefore, we did not know that the technician’s behavior would merit rescheduling.

The company did not offer to send another technician to finish the job.

The job was a utility sink installation for our washer. We heard the water being turned on and off while we were still in the house (prior to the coughing inside), but after the appointment, the water is not coming into the washer.

Since then, the company left me a voice message. I did not feel comfortable speaking with the company over the phone, but requested by contact form that they email me. I’m waiting for a response.

Super disappointed in the manner in which tradesmen run their businesses these days. I called Tod to get a quote for some plumbing work, and he texted me confirming an 8-9am time-frame to come out and look at the work 5 days in advance. I texted Tod the night before to confirm the time he set only to have him reply the following morning and discover he changed the time-frame on me that *he* had already established and confirmed without notifying me. How about some basic communication??? If this is how they handle appointments for trying to win jobs, I can only imagine the level of communication I'd receive for the actual workday if changes came up. People like myself also have busy lives and we aren't just sitting around our homes with nothing to do to accommodate a change in appointment time without prior notice. Home owners have lives too, and we make plans accoording to what we're told and given by any given tradesman. As a former tradesman myself, keeping a timely schedule was pivotal in demonstrating a basic ability to run your business courteously, timely, and professionally. Consideration for others goes a long way in running a successful business, not just having the ability to pick and choose jobs due to a high demand. 2 stars because he didn't ghost me, and actually forwarded me the number to his competitor which I now have to call, schedule, and wait for yet another appointment that may or may not be changed on me.

The main line water pipe had a significant leak in it. I’m not sure what the going rate is for this type of repair, so I can’t say if the price was good or not, but the service and promptness was top notch. I’m glad other reviews expressed an honest opinion and gave good reviews. We are happy with the service we received from Travis at Goode Plumbing. We will use them again if needed.

This is the second time I have used Quality Plumbing.

The first time, they worked on my Granville home and they were professional, responsive, and punctual. They fixed my sprinkler system.

The second time I called them was because a home inspector noted that one of my homes water tanker was missing a drain pipe for the pressure relief valve. I send Richard photos of the water tanker and he noted nothing was wrong and needed to be done. He was honest, helpful, and saved me money!

I will always call Quality Plumbing for any future needs. I highly recommend them :)

I had a great experience with this plumbing company! I called at approx. 4pm and by 545pm I had two sink drains unclogged and a fill master installed in the mater bathroom. The pricing was very cost friendly during these tough economic times as well. The technician Joey was extremely courteous and very professional. I will definitely tell all my family and friends to give them a shout when the need arises. They can consider me a customer moving forward.
