Our family has used Lee's for years and we have always been satisfied with the services they provide. I had originally posted a bad review because I was not satisfied with a previous service. I didn't feel as if the person who came out explained what was wrong with my sink and toilet. Rather than telling me what the issue was, he automatically suggested that I purchase a new faucet and toilet. I felt like it was just a sales pitch and he wanted to get out quickly so that he could finish off his day. He wasn't very professional and didn't seem to have any proper customer service manners.After I wrote my review, I appreciated the fact that the manager Ben personally called along with two schedulers to try to reschedule, come out to my house, and make things better. I was issued a refund for my originally scheduled visit and Ben made sure to come out himself along with Ruben to check out what was going on with my sink and faucet. Both Ben and Ruben were extremely respectful and professional. They thoroughly explained what was going on with my sink and faucet and they were able to fix my issues without having to tell me to go spend a ton of money on new ones. This was the kind of service I had seen in the past, which is why we have always chosen Lee's as our number one company. They even went above and beyond to help me change out one of my smoke detectors because the battery went out. They were super friendly and willing to take the time to answer any of my questions or show me things around the house in case I needed help with anything else. Thank you Ben & Ruben for making up for the last experience. I will be sure to continue to use your company in the future.

Gino provided excellent and timely service today. I rent so I usually don't have to worry about paying for repairs but my landlord snuck some language into our lease that makes us responsible for plumbing repairs. This will be the only plumbing business I request from here on out. We had a main sewer clog and everything was backing up into the house all weekend, 2 toilets, 2 showers, very stressful. He came out same day and was very knowledgeable, honest and fixed the issue. He charged me less than half of what the guy I originally called quoted me (I made an appt and he never called or showed up either, thanks for nothing Plumber 911). Very happy with the service and cost, now I know why so many people on Facebook and Nextdoor recommended them. PS, I talked to 2 different females when I called, both very helpful and friendly. Thanks guys, saved my Christmas.
