I called Tod to fix a broken kitchen faucet that needed to be replaced. He was at my house within a few minutes and got right to work. He was very professional and personable. The replacement faucet I purchased didn't fit my sink and I had to go buy a different one. Tod had to make a second trip back to my house to install it. He didn't complain and was very accommodating. He came back to my house about an hour later and had the new faucet installed in no time. After the install he noticed that my garbage disposal drain line was loose and he fixed it for free. That could have been a disaster if he hadn't noticed it. Tod even inspected my water heater to make sure I didn't have any leaks or corrosion. What great service! Great job Clovis Plumbing Services!

Another service provider I've trusted for years recommended Vern's plumbing to me, when I related that I needed a plumber. I called Vern's for an appointment to repair a leaky spigot attached to the water main to my house. The plumber was efficient, and carefully watched the pipes and valve assembly to assure no further leakage. He also nicely conveyed the details and terms of the work.
About two weeks later I called Vern’s plumbing with another unrelated problem that involved an area of wet ground that seemed might be from an underground leak. I had noticed it weeks ago, but had to wait till a few days of dry weather for the plumber to see it. Vern’s again arrived timely for the appointment. The plumber inspected the area, fully explained every possible angle that could cause slight seeping, and recommended that it is not a concern. He kindly took the time to describe what to look for to know if it needs work in the future. Most surprising, since the rain prevented addressing this issue during the previous appointment, they waived the second service-call fee! I am delighted to find a plumber I will call on for any plumbing issue, and glad to recommend Vern’s.

Lee's didn't come and just sell us a new heating/AC unit. They sat down with us right at the start and asked us about our home and explained everything in detail. I had experienced a water leak in the attack and had called several other companies as they were all too busy and no one was able to come out right away. I called Goode Plumbing in the morning and the gentlemen who answered my call was very responsive to my situation and stated he would call back shortly to arrange a visit. Within 30 minutes he called back and one his techs arrived at the scheduled time. The tech was very professional and knowledgeable and addressed the issue immediately. He also pointed out some other potential issues to look out for in the future. I will definitely use Goode Plumbing again and will recommend them to others.
