Service technicians were on time and communicated well. They performed the services quickly and took the time to answer my questions. They even showed me photos of the unit and the readings they took on their diagnostic equipment. One of the technicians went the extra mile and cleaned my rain gutter after they used the garden hose to wash off the coils on the unit.

My shower located in the master bedroom had a leak behind the tiled wall which I was not sure was covered under my home warranty as my homeowner's insurance denied coverage for the repair. The leak had seeped into the bedroom wall causing damage to the wall and carpet in the master bedroom. I called my home warranty company around 8:30 a.m. and within a hour I received a call back from a friendly Bianca at Pacific Plumbing who wanted to schedule a technician to come out that same afternoon and troubleshoot the leak. Dale and Tony arrived as scheduled and quickly assessed the source of the leak. Dale explained the problem and the process to fix. The guys called my home warranty customer service to get authorization for the repair, shut the water off to the house and completed the repair --all within 30 minutes. I was more than happy and relieved to stop the leak and further damage to the wall and carpet. Dale and Tony were courteous, polite and efficient throughout their visit to my home. I would without hesitation recommend Pacific Plumbing to family and friends in the Fresno/Clovis area in the event they are in need of plumbing services.

Dave is truly an honest and and competent craftsman. I would not think of calling anyone else for any Plumbing needs.

I was quoted by several other plumbers, and they by far had the best rate (I'm taking $20 better)! I was helped by Albert who was extremely professional, fast, and efficent. I will actually call them again. I definately recommend them.

Jerry, From All star plumbing really saves the day. Our toilet would not flash and the water was back up into the bathtub and separate shower. What to do? Jack is a very knowledgeable, professional and great person. I had my AC unit replaced as well as water heater system changed. Had no problems since then. Jack is always on time, high quality job, and very affordable. A great and trustworthy company. Highly recommend it.

Plumber showed up with the owner, they were sent out by my home warranty company. They told me snaking the drain wasn't covered by the home warranty, but our drains were clogged throughout the house so I told them to clear it anyway.they charged me $350, plus the non refundable $75 the warranty company Took to send them out. Took them 2 hours and my bathroom flooded again the next morning, I called them back and they told me they'll have to charge me again to come back out. We complained to our warranty company and got all money back, fortunately. Hired another company and he got the problem fixed, haven't any issues since. I cannot recommend using rapid rooter. The owner, Eddie, will try to get as much money from you as possible. He estimated over $3,000 to install a two way clean out on the sewer line. The guy from Allbritten the Barefoot Plumber flipped out and said he would do it for $250 if I dig the hole for him.

Behind the wall our shower was leaking and We have an older home built in 1950 I am so Thankful for 559 Leak Detection they caught the problem early. Highly recommend that you have this done it could potentially save you thousands!
