Franco's Plumbing is the best company I have ever used for plumbing issues, heater issues and A/C issues. They go above and beyond. Are quick and efficient and their crew are all around super nice people. I'm a Manager without a maintenance tech right now and they have come to the rescue more times than I can count. ****DONT USE THIS COMPANY ****SCAMMERS**** This is the worst pluming company around and they are scammers. The lady in the office by the name Nancy (I believe) is very unprofessional w/ no customer service skills. The plumber they sent out to my mom's was 2hrs late. Then before entering my mom's home to even see what the problem was he immediately advised her that he would need to dig up her front yard to fix her plumbing issues and that his boss (Nancy) would give her a great deal of $700 for $1500 job. My mom suggested to the that he might want to come inside to look at her drains first before providing a diagnostic. The plumber came inside looked at both toilets & showers then asked where her main line was she advised him there was one in front at the curb and one in the back by the pool. He went to the front yard and ran water down the pipe lines for about 5-10mins then then knocked on the door and said everything was running fine in the front. My mom proceed to tell him the last time this happen where she had a lot of company over for a long period of time and the toilets became backed up the plumber that came out ran the snake down her main shower in the Master Bedroom then in the main drain out by the pool. The plumber from Pacific then went out his truck grabbed the snake but on his way back in his boss (Nancy) contacted him and advised him not to run the snake to push the offer to dig up the front yard for the $700. My mom proceed to tell him she was not paying them $700 when they had not even attempted to clear the clog. Nancy the contacted my mom stating that it was too risky to run the snake and refused to run the snake. Advised my mom she need to sign the paperwork stating the plumber showed up and pay the $65 to cover her home protection plan for them to come out and that if she wanted their service she would need to pay the $700 to dig up the front yard. If I could give her a zero star I would because they dont even deserve the one star.....

I forgot to add that my cousin came by with his snake and plumbing chemicals to clear the drain and it cleared my mom's plumbing right up and didn't cost her $700 dollars in fact it cost her less than the $65 she paid the scramming Pacific Plumbing for coming out and doing absolutely nothing.

As for the second opinion that my mother requested it was denied because Pacific Plumber lied on their report stating they checked and did things to my mom's plumbing that they did not do. And when Nancy called back days later to check to see if my mother was now interested in the offer to dig up her front yard for $700 she was shocked 😲 when my mom advised her that her plumbing was clear and that we uses a snake (and the snake was much smaller than the one they had) and it didn't break....

Nancy's comment below is all lies and I think she makes fake profiles for her 5 star ratings... Please don't be fooled and if you have a home protecting plan make sure you tell them not to send Pacific Plumbing because you will be very disappointed and it a waste of your fee that you have to pay... ***SCAMMERS***

Dave is truly an honest and and competent craftsman. I would not think of calling anyone else for any Plumbing needs.

Rapid Rooter did a wonderful job of locating and repairing two major leaks at my new home. They explained their work, charged a fair price, and were kind and courteous. I also appreciated their prompt service. I will definitely call them again when my next plumbing issue arises.

These are the worst plumbers in the area. STAY AWAY FROM CITY PLUMBING IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!!! I had a work order that was created in JULY and I am STILL waiting on them to fix the issue- it is now October 6th. They came out to fix a leak in our kitchen faucet and the plumber said that the whole unit needed to be replaced, but he told my wife one thing, but none of it was true. There was a month of back and forth between them, me and my home warranty because of the miscommunication on their end- there were 3 different versions of the story from their end. At the end, I had to go through the manufacturer and am still waiting on the unit to come in. The only reason I am still waiting and using City Plumbing is because they are the ones contracted with my home warranty and I already paid for it, otherwise I would dump this joke of a company asap!

Mid July we had a leak on the main water line. Tech came out and said we would have a better value using Lees plumbing, promoting a competitor, but we used Roto Rooter in the past so we called them. Tech said it was a small little rubber piece to be replaced in the main water line and he would go buy it the following Monday and bring it over. This $4 piece cost us $350. A week later, while replacing pipes, our contractor found no piece was even installed! Scammed out of a service. Called the company and spoke to Mike Hopkins about a refund, he said he would take our word for it and issue a refund on July 27th. It is now September 18th and no refund. This company gives a run around and Mike Hopkins or the Branch Manager haven’t called me back after over 5 attempts. I even called corporate and they said this is a privately owned franchise and they can’t do anything about it. I am still waiting for the Branch manager to call me. This is beyond ridiculous
