Best Install New HVAC System in Fresno CA

Jose called first to confirm and then arrived at the appointed time. He was thorough, informed, capable and expeditious. He wore protective booties to keep from tracking dirt. I was very pleased with every aspect of working with Lee's Air Conditioning from the call to make the appointment through the service provided.

At this moment, I'm sharing five stars for Serena, the Customer Service assistant who answered my initial phone call.
I have not used this company yet, but Serena set up an appointment for a representative to come to our house In a few days and give us a quote on a whole new system.

As I wrote, this is for Serena.

For years, I have been trying to find a reputable company to install what I consider a major component within our home.
This has been a very frustrating experience. Most of my phone call with Serena was about my frustrations with other companies, etc., and that I was hoping to not have that experience with her company. She did not try to cut me off, her tone of voice was as if she understood, she was also apologetic that my experiences have not been good... If she was rolling her eyes on the other end of the line, lol, I couldn't tell, she was as professional and is polite as could be.
So, Serena, if you see this, thank you so very much for allowing me to share my frustrations with you. You are definitely the type of a person who companies should have on the line to help with any concerns current customers or soon to be customers may have!

I called AD and within less than an hour they were at my home. Their charge for the work was reasonable and I believe the work performed of the highest quality. I would not hesitate to use them again or to refer them to others. I had occasion to need plumbing services again and called Art Douglas. My experience was once again great! Josh was prompt and made the repairs quickly. I also appreciated the time he took to show me how the repair was done. Keep up the excellent work!

Friendly and fast replacement of capacitor. A/C was running again within an hour

We had costless come out for a free estimate after 2 other companies and it was BYFAR the least expensive option for our install. We had a swamp cooler in the home we just purchased and in the valley that just doesn’t cut it . With a newborn we needed it fast as it is starting to get uncomfortable and costless had new ducts and a full unit installed and working in TWO DAYS!! We’re so comfortable in our home now . Great service !

They were horrible they didn't help at all !!!! N still charged us $89.00 for nothing we haven't hot water in our bathroom sinks n they act like they were doing something i was standing near watching they left ,still no hot water !!!!! they didn't wear a mask either i disaffected both bath rooms ,it was two young adults dress so poorly never again! I give them 0 stars ! But won't allow !
