We had a leaky toilet and got pacific plumbing through our home warranty program. They called immediately (less than 12 hours after I sent in the claim) even though it was after “regular business hours”!! When Jerry came to the house he was kind, courteous and very quick - first with a call to let me know he was on the way and subsequently let me know immediately what the problem was and fixed it - all in less than an hour!! He cleaned up the area as well - huge plus!! Thank you, Jerry for a great experience with your company!! I’ll definitely be using pacific pluming in the future!!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a wonderful job installing a gas tankless water heater, new floor drain and two tubs with two new faucets for my new grooming salon. I have also had them come out to my house to unclog my shower and fix my toilet.

I am so pleased with this company! They came out on Easter for an emergency. The sewer was backing up while the house was full of people! Chris was very quick to find the issue and had the parts on his truck to fix it. Family dinner saved!!

Another service provider I've trusted for years recommended Vern's plumbing to me, when I related that I needed a plumber. I called Vern's for an appointment to repair a leaky spigot attached to the water main to my house. The plumber was efficient, and carefully watched the pipes and valve assembly to assure no further leakage. He also nicely conveyed the details and terms of the work.
About two weeks later I called Vern’s plumbing with another unrelated problem that involved an area of wet ground that seemed might be from an underground leak. I had noticed it weeks ago, but had to wait till a few days of dry weather for the plumber to see it. Vern’s again arrived timely for the appointment. The plumber inspected the area, fully explained every possible angle that could cause slight seeping, and recommended that it is not a concern. He kindly took the time to describe what to look for to know if it needs work in the future. Most surprising, since the rain prevented addressing this issue during the previous appointment, they waived the second service-call fee! I am delighted to find a plumber I will call on for any plumbing issue, and glad to recommend Vern’s.

On 12/20/2021 we awoke to huge mess in our garage! Our water broke and only 4 days to christmas, we called All Britton plumbing and they were booked solid and couldn't come for a week! The lady referred us to A Reliable plumbing, these men were amazing they came and replaced our water heater quickly and water back on! Thank you Manuel and crew, for quick and friendly service. As for pricing we feel it was fair for a new water heater

Ive worked with All-Star Plumbing a few times now. Their servicemen are professional, fast, and friendly. I also appreciate their two year warranty on their work. I've had good experiences with Jerry, he always does a good job and is good conversation to boot. I don't imagine I would go to anyone else for plumbing issues.

Who doesn't want an honest contractor!? John is that guy!!! He called me and after I told him my problem he said, I'm going to save you $100 and he walked me through how to fix the problem I was having with my garbage disposal and it was FIXED!!! My goodness, you just don't get this kind of service and honesty today anymore. He even helped me fix the issue I thought I had with an electrical outlet so I didn't have to hire an electrician and all over the phone. So guess who my new plumber is for ALL my plumbing needs and more!? Yep...THANK YOU JOHN!!!!!!!!!

We are extremely pleased with Andrey's Handyman Services! Andrey was very meticulous and efficient in the work he did for us, and he was careful to protect our home from damage as he moved his tools and equipment throughout our house to work on several different projects. We had a clogged drainage system that needed to be serviced immediately. We called our usual plumbers, All Star Plumbers, but they were booked until Wednesday and we needed it done ASAP. They recommended us Pacific Plumbers, but they wouldn't be able to come in until the next day. After Googling Plumbers in Fresno, I came across Rapid Rooter. They were the first ones who appeared on the search, with lots of good reviews. So I called them and they told me they would be able to come in in JUST AN HOUR! They came even quicker than that, just 30 minutes minutes and they were already in the kitchen area, assessing the problem. We were told that the reason for the clog was that the pipes were clogged with grease, and that simple just cleaning it out every few days would be of tremendous help. No other service has ever told us that, they would just come and provide the service and leave. It only took a few minutes for them to fix the clogged area.
The gentlemen at Rapid Rooter were quick, helpful, and very friendly. The best part was that the service was SO MUCH CHEAPER than other plumbers that we used. Our quote from Pacific Plumbers was nearly $300, Rapid Rooter did the SAME job for almost half of that. Not only that, but being able to come on such short notice was definitely a big bonus. We were given a free bottle of their product that helps with clots in drainage systems for FREE for just writing a review about them. How awesome is that?! Plus, they gave us a 30 day warranty whereas other business only gave us a week warranty. I'm so glad that we were able to come across Rapid Rooter and would recommend them to everyone! You wont be disappointed with them!

Yang's Drain and Plumbing has got to be one of the best plumbing services I've had in a while. I always had trouble finding a good plumbing company because they were always rushing to get the job done. Vue helped get to the problem and he made sure to let the water go down for a while longer to make sure that my bathroom tub wasn't clogged anymore. He went above and beyond. :) Will definitely be coming back when something else goes wrong !
