The technicians sent out to investigate my issue with a faulty water heater, Ebert Bissrtt and his apprentice, determined the leaking was too severe to wait until next week. Inspire of other issues they got to work and completed the tear down and installation within a 3.5 hr timeframe. They were understanding of my personal issue of travel starting the next day and the impending week delay in fixing my problem.
