Had an appointment with Balanced Comfort to perform the Summer preparation for AC and Jesus stopped by. He was on time, professional, and did the preparatory maintenance efficiently. Advised of to be aware things but did NOT pressure at all. More like Hey - be aware of these things. Very professional, attentive, and leaves with my recommendations.
