I called to get a quick quote for 2 bathroom exhaust replacement and 3rd to be installed. They would only quote if I were to pay $89 so they can send someone out. The rep insisted that he has never quoted my request and is going to have to call in for help to quote me – (Ironic that they can quote over the phone, just not customer’s.)Needless to say, they wasted my time, my money, their time, but made money.
