The day of my service Tony (Pacific Plumbing) arrived within the timeframe Diandra communicated. He discussed the issues he was going to address and went right to work. Chris is amazing. We bought a house with a known long-standing drainage and flooding problem, and found out how bad it was only two months into home ownership, when our sunken living room flooded. Several contractors estimated $20-$30K to rip out and replace the entire area drainage, without even knowing what or where the actual problem was. Chris spent over an hour with us explaining the most common problems, and providing substantial free expertise. He brought his equipment the next day and cleaned out our area drainage system, removing 30+ years of dirt, rocks, and roots. He also pinpointed the real problem: a redwood root that completely crushed the drain pipe. He even ran through our sewer pipe as a bonus and found where the original landscapers put a hole in the pipe to plant a bush that was slowly clogging it. Thanks to his camera diagnostics, we could see the problems clearly. We can make some of the fixes ourselves and are ultimately spending a few thousand, rather than replacing the entire system AND eventually having the sewer clog (yuck!). We will absolutely be hiring him to come back and do regular maintenance so our drainage doesn't get full of roots again. I highly recommend him - he has the tools and the expertise to find the problem areas so you aren't flying blind trying to fix things, and he is great at showing and explaining what happened so we can avoid repeating the mistakes the prior homeowner made. I was very pleased with All Star Plumbing and their technician, Jerry. I thought there was a leak under the house on one corner. Jerry and his partner came out at the time promised and were very friendly and professional. The crawl space access was all the way at the far corner of the house. Jerry crawled all the way under and told me that everything was fine. I figured I would owe something for the inspection time and effort. He said there was no charge.

So my parents had to replace their water heater and they took advantage of 2 seniors who live on a fix income they over charged them and they replaced water heater and parts labor and installation were told that they didn’t include a permit for the new water heater I spoke to the installer and he told me they don’t pull permits I told them that is a requirement when installing a water heater because I just had mine replaced he assured me that he would tell his boss to pull permit and they would come out to inspect water heater my mom has called several times to find out what happened with inspector and they keep giving her the run around saying they will call her back it’s been over a month now and still no inspector or phone call. It cost them over $4092.00 what a rip off don’t use this company do your research before hiring a plumber
