These guys are great. Showed up on time. We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom that leaked to our downstairs kitchen. This was a very difficult problem to diagnose as it could have been anywhere between floors. Al Senior quickly found the problem and fixed the plumbing. They even repaired the kitchen ceiling perfectly! Al has been a licensed plumber for decades and really knows his craft. Their prices were reasonable, and they were great to work with. I think it could have taken a less experienced plumber days to fix this, if they could fix it at all. I can't recommend Al & Sons enough.

Waited a few weeks to review to make sure nothing happened with the repair, so I am now confident that this company does excellent work. Called in a panic as my bathroom sinks were needing repair with Easter being the next day and having a huge party scheduled. The plumbing specialist arrived the same day and completed the repair at the quoted cost. He even had to run and get the correct connections but was back and done in very short time. Great Company and great people, will be sharing my experiences. Thank you

Franco's Plumbing is the best company I have ever used for plumbing issues, heater issues and A/C issues. They go above and beyond. Are quick and efficient and their crew are all around super nice people. I'm a Manager without a maintenance tech right now and they have come to the rescue more times than I can count. Highly recommend them.

Controlled climate was able to provide me with the information and estimates that I was possibly looking for and provide useful insight on what needed to be fixed. Not only this, but we found a couple ways to make the AC run more efficiently. Lastly, we were able to do a payment plan that allowed us to not have to put down a bunch of money all at once. They have done a great job of communicating with me on sooner appointments as well. I recommend this company to others.

I have AHS Warranty, and I am thankful they use this contractor. The first contractor AHS recommended could not repair until next week! Tony w/ PPC came out the same day, and repaired all! Thank you PPC for employing an exemplary employee. Tony's a hard worker, deserves ten stars, and a raise!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Did a wonderful job installing a gas tankless water heater, new floor drain and two tubs with two new faucets for my new grooming salon. I have also had them come out to my house to unclog my shower and fix my toilet.

Chris is a very honest and dependable man. (We used Acme drain for years where he worked with his father before starting his own business.)Now we get the same great service that we are used to with Chris' Rooter. Chris will help you to not waste your money on unnecessary things that other companies may try to convince you are needed. I definitely recommend this company 100 percent!! Was told that I'd get a free estimate, then plumber showed up and said that to get an accurate estimate, he'd have to put a camera and charge me $100. The city would have put the camera for free. Only reason I agreed is because he said he'd also snake the line. After I saw the size whole he made with the Lil bit that he used; it was not worth it at all. He had other sizes with him that he could have used. But then again, they do need to get the call back. Just don't promise a free estimate if it's not. Only got a star because it won't let me post without one!

Great job reasonably price

Mid July we had a leak on the main water line. Tech came out and said we would have a better value using Lees plumbing, promoting a competitor, but we used Roto Rooter in the past so we called them. Tech said it was a small little rubber piece to be replaced in the main water line and he would go buy it the following Monday and bring it over. This $4 piece cost us $350. A week later, while replacing pipes, our contractor found no piece was even installed! Scammed out of a service. Called the company and spoke to Mike Hopkins about a refund, he said he would take our word for it and issue a refund on July 27th. It is now September 18th and no refund. This company gives a run around and Mike Hopkins or the Branch Manager haven’t called me back after over 5 attempts. I even called corporate and they said this is a privately owned franchise and they can’t do anything about it. I am still waiting for the Branch manager to call me. This is beyond ridiculous
