Waited a few weeks to review to make sure nothing happened with the repair, so I am now confident that this company does excellent work. Called in a panic as my bathroom sinks were needing repair with Easter being the next day and having a huge party scheduled. The plumbing specialist arrived the same day and completed the repair at the quoted cost. He even had to run and get the correct connections but was back and done in very short time. One of the worst company that I have ever seen I talk to one of their customer representative Nancy and she was very rude she don't know how to talk to customer when I said she's rude she said she know how to talk she's in that business for 20 years and not even apologized once when I said let me talk to my warranty company she said no pay me right now I don't care about you and Nancy said like you guys never paid Nancy think we even can't afford plumbing when she think about us

I used City plumbing because they are contractors for American Home Shield. I had a water heater issue. City came out and said it needed to be replaced. AHS were going to pay for new water heater and installation. They did say that there were some cost that AHS didn't cover. City wanted to charge me 900.00 above the installation. What a joke. They listed all sorts of stuff that I didn't need. They get low balled by AHS and the City tries to pass it on to the consumer. I ended up not using them. Can't be trusted.

They said my grandmother needed her line replaced for 5,000 dollars and there was nothing they could do. Their visit led to more problems with our plumbing. They were going to charge us to come back out. We called cost less plumbing and they cleared and out and found the blockage. They are double checked things.
