Luis was very nice and informative. He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. However, This was our first time contracting a company for our AC service, we were expecting to see a cleaned out unit inside and out, however that was not the case. Feeling like we could have cleaned it out better ourselves. From now on, will definitely schedule appointments when my husband can be present with the technician.

The tech was very professional, very nice, and provided helpful tips for preventative measures in the future.
